I went to Burger King around 10:30 this morning and experienced ths worst customer service from a MANAGER with a nasty attitude! I went through drive thru and decided to get out of line to come inside to pay because the employees were speaking through their mic carefree! I came inside and the manager greeted me with "What did i forget" i told her nothing i just want to pay and go! She then tosses my food into the bag and looks at me as if she had something nasty to say ... I ordered a large hashbrown and they put a medium in the bag, i asked her to get me a large she said "Its not that serious" She caught an attitude with me because I was frustrated about them screwing my order up and on top of that I waited in drive thru for 20 mins! I am not satified with my service at all, I will be contacting corporate office because this rude lady does not belong in the public! Who ever gave her the badge to be a manager should be ashamed! I come to this burger King every other morning and have never had this experience! My food was cold and my tea was unsweet! Something has to be done! She snatched the $20 bill i gave her ... I was going to keep the food but after she basically rushed me off and cut me off in mid sentence i wanted my cash back! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! I wish i could give this review a negative 0

Today was not a great moment at this location. Though we waited on fresh food, it was served lukewarm which made me sick on the stomach and the facility was filthy. Soda machines were dirty and the sitting area. The cashier was friendly awaiting for the next shift workers. It was a 3 person operation which needed at least 2 more. People began to flood in and it caused a slow down for those in line. The best part was the managers apology when we were leaving. Things happen and people get slack but there should always be a level of ownership to error and hospitality to customers. Its not ok to present BK products or site in such a messy way. The manager was cooking, started cleaning and covering late staff. She took responsibility and led the way...... 2 days later. Yes, we walked in forgiveness and what a blessing we received. We got our meals Complimentary, it was clean sitting and fresh food! I watched the manager and staff feed a homeless person who was trying to get food from the trash bin. My best revisit ever. My family and I were glad to return. We all make mistakes and should forgive. We complimented them for everything. We shall return.

When I went to Burger King on 8/13/16, I experienced bad service. My food packaged in bag too small. It would have been cold by the time I got home. I ordered a frappe that comes with whipped cream but mine didnt. It was to be caramel but its mocha. Also the employee that packed the order gave me dirty looks when I complained about the packaging. I think that was wrong. Even if the customer is upset you still are to be respectful . and the onion rings were hard and they forgot to give me my sauce and the fries and the Burger tasted nasty an I order Mello Yello it was water down and you could not even tell it was Mello Yello and it was on Capital Blvd and I was so mad and I will never go there a again

Horrible service. Out of the most popular sauce. .gave the guy my coupon and he still charged me full price for my fries. Couldnt eat but 2 of my 10 nuggets because they were out of sweet and sour sauce and the barbecue sauce is terrible and therfore couldnt finish my fries because I dip them in the sauce. Ive been here several times and its always something. The only thing that had me coming back was the coupons and $1.49 nuggets but after today Im officially done with burger king and Im going across the street to McDonalds. WASTE OF MONEY. Couldnt even eat my food and was overcharged.

And they call themselves FAST FOOD franchise? I waited 22 minutes for a Salad! And the cashier (after partying with his partners, dancing and laughing loud) handed finally the salad to me, saying only "the chicken took time". So, I guess they went hunting to get some chicken and plucking them when I order my salad. Otherwise, there is no reason for a FAST FOOD franchise to wait 22 minutes for a salad.

Horrible place. Messed my entire order up and i was the only person there. It took them 30 minutes to bring it out as well. I hate to say it but ethnicity has really been a key factor in all of this horrible fast food service. Instead of preparing my meal properly i had to listen to alot of loud screaming and horseplay about some girl twerking at a party........ridicoulous. Tired of this.

I come here atleast once or twice a week because its so close to my work. And out of the billion of times Ive been I dont a single employee had said thankyou or your welcome ever. Everyone who works there is so damn rude for absolute so reason. If your not grateful for you job then leave because I know many people who love a job. Its insane to me. Horrible customer service every time

Restaurant dining area during 4 oclock hour needed attention (e.g. floors and tabletops), waited at the register for a couple of minutes - leaning and capitulating silently to get someones attention - before someone (manager?) called on a millennial who came up front from (obviously) doing something that warranted the cold stare from her manager. Food? meh.

Only good if you want the food their way. We were missing food from the bag and the food that did make it home was cold and made wrong. Should have taken the hint when McDonalds drive through across the street was wrapped around but nobody was in line at BK. Next time, I will wait in the line....

Just dont go. The staff is rude and not family appropriate; Youll hear profanity from the restaurant sitting area. Cold food precooked to make the employees have less to do when something is ordered Needs new management and or owner. Run by clowns.

20 min waiting in the dive thru and never got to order. Employees rolled their eyes when we asked if they were still taking orders in the drive thru. 5 vehicles in the drive thru left when we did. This place should be shut down - appalling.

Does it really take so long for a coffee you have to ask me to pull down. Thats ridiculous. All I ordered was a large iced mocha and a manager needs to get these rude employees and its watered down with no chocolate ugh

We had to restate our order 4 times because they werent listening and they had only one drink when we got to the pay window we sat there for 5 minutes because the employees were talking to each other.

Understaffed long lines long waits. Orders mixed up little management oversight. Owner needs to invest some interest or shut it down. Obviously have no idea how to run a business. Avoid.
