We come here every time we go to Cedar Point, which my group of friends and I are platinum holders, so we go literally once a week. Usually our experience is okay, pretty nice even. but we will not be going here anymore since the last time we were there. First off, there was only one waitress and I know waitressing can be hard, even though there was only us and another customer in the restaurant, so i expected to wait a little bit. It took 15 minutes to get our drink order in, 10 minutes to get our drinkes. we ordered right away, took the average time to get out pizza, and our pizza was burned and had a huge bubble. the waitress right away told us she would bring us a personal pizza for the bubble.. which was alright i guess. We finished the pizza, cheese would NOT stay on.. 40 minutes AFTER WE WERE DONE EATING she brought the personal pizza. This could have all been forgiven, if it werent for the face that while we were waiting for the check, my friend was taste testing one of the spices they had out for the pizza, and the waitress came over, took it out of his hands and said "usually i only have to take this away from 3 year olds". Are they not there to put on pizza??? All we did was use a spice for pizza?? We were not making a lot of noise, if any at all. We were not being rude. We were not making a scene. I have no idea why she treated us so poorly; ive never had to deal with a scenario where i didnt end up leaving a tip. ive had to tip not awesome waitresses before, but this was absolutely terrible. Never coming here again.

Walked in and sat down there was only 2 tables with customers, the waitress looked at us a few times we sat for over 5 min no one came over no greeting no nothing, very confused we watched 3 familys of 5 plus get sat and started there drink orders as we waited to still be greeted, after the big tops had drinks one finally came over and dropped menues off and said "rachelle" was going to be our waitress, did not ask us for drink orders, another 8 min went by and we had enough and left, they said nothing to us, funny enough my girlfriend and I are servers and bartenders, always tip well, and are very professional, but we are from Wisconsin not Ohio its terrible everywhere here. Try Chet and matts instead we had a decent time there.

Ordered online said 15 minute wait for carryout. Ended up waiting a total of 45minutes. No apology from staff. When I got home I noticed my pizzas didnt have the crust seasoning or drizzle. I called to speak to the manager and he was extremely rude. Sarcastic and could have cared less. He said I could say sorry all you want but its a waste of my timewhat do you expect me to do. He also called me having to wait a "travesty" I was very polite but ended up hanging up on him due to how rude he was. Completely shocked that this man was allowed to deal with customers!

This is probably the worst Pizza Hut store in the chain! Our order of bread sticks was burned, the cheese sticks barely had any cheese and they were also burnt. They brought my kids soda out in a dirty cup. The dining room was cold which was especially uncomfortable on a fall day. The pizzas, of course, came out burned and toppings were very unequally distributed. Three of us threw up after eating and we all had upset stomachs afterwards which completely ruined our day. Theme park goers stay away! You have been warned

This Pizza Hut was so good. We spent all day at Cedar Point (and hardly ate anything because $8 hot dogs no thanks) and were relieved to find this place open until 12 am on a Sunday night. We were starving. The waitress told us of their "special" which was for 2 or more medium pizzas for $7 per pizza. I get the feeling they were trying to get rid of pizzas this late at night because that deal is too good. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and ate them so fast and left satiated.

Awful because I cant even describe an experience if I wanted too. The server Rachelle made eye contact 4 times with us a chose to ignore and walk the other way. We sat for 12 mins and the other server on the floor finally came over and gave us menus. She left came back 2 mins later and told us our server will be right with us (Rachelle). Still left with no drinks and no server. Another 3 mins went by and we were done so we got up and left. Worst customer service ever.

Honestly, me and my woman have been eating out alot. Pizza Hut was going to be the last time I ever ate out if the customer service was bad. Well, Pizza Hut, you did an excellent job. Waitress kept up on drinks (even gave me a to go one since I finished my cup), didnt take forever to get food, food was hot (very), tasted good too. Overall was a great experience.

This restaurant has THE WORST customer service. It took us three tries calling the place before someone would even answer the last time we ate here. Every other time we call it always takes forever also.We got a bunch of attitude from the girl who answered. Its a shame the customer service is so terrible, because the food is actually good.

Took server 10 mins to make 4 drinks there was not a soul in the store. Then waited a half hour for one pizza that had extra of what we asked not to put on the pizza and the server did not offer for it to be remade or even refund our money. Very disappointed with the service I received.

when we got the pizza, the first bite made me throw up. initially i thought it was my taste buds then I realized that they were using frozen crust to make pizzas. i called the manager and she told me that refund was not possible as we eat some pizza already.. avoid this place

Placed a $60 order & didnt receive it till 2hrs later. The food was cold plus missing 6 items from the order. The manager did not offer to remake, discount or refund my money!!! Needless to say corporate will be receiving a call tomorrow! !!!!

Ordered from kalahari, got the food delivered very quickly was called and given a heads up before they left. While ordering my food the guy (tanner) was very respectful while taking the order. Arrived quickly with hot food. Highly recommended.

Best pizza in Sandusky. Everything was wonderful. Only thing I can complain about is I get more cheese side than frys and they put tomato on the side of the pizza I asked for no tomato on. Id take this over any other pizza in the area.

I made an online order but had to call to get specifics on a salad. The woman (Ashley)that took my order was AMAZING! She was so friendly and our food was perfect. Definitely ordering from them again if I return to Sandusky!

Ordered a salad while dining inside... But was told the machine was broken... Called to have a pick up order of a salad right away... Magically it was "fixed". Also, waitress very rude. Never again. 0/5 do not recommend.
