I would give tonight a negative star if I could. Tonight my fiance and a couple of our friends went to have dinner at Olive Garden. We went in at 8:30 and were seated in the far corner of the restaurant with Kaylie S. as our server. I knew things were going to go downhill fast when she took our appetizer order and then walked away. 15 minutes later she came back with our appetizers and then at that point took our food order (which she could have gotten 15 minutes before hand). 10 minutes later she came back with our salad/soup. Then another 25 minutes later our entrees came out. Note here that 2 other tables sat after we did and were done before we were. 50 minutes into the meal and we are served COLD entrees. My pasta and both my friends pasta were all cool to the touch. My fiances medium rare steak was a cold medium to medium well at best and his potatoes were congealed. Seriously, you could have played ball with that scoop of potatoes. So, we pointed it out to the server- who in this 53 minutes had yet to refill a single drink on our table- who says she will send the manager over. Guess who NEVER CAME TO THE TABLE....yep. Mr. Andy Jones- the night floor manager. (I only know this name because the sweet host was nice enough to give us his card.) They were nice enough to comp the meal after much debate with the waitress. As we were leaving, Mr. Jones was standing at the host stand. When we brought the situation up to him, he said and I quote "What do you want? We comped the meal." On a scale of 1-10 tonight was a -2. And Mr. Jones needs to learn how to be a manager. If someone wants to speak to you, listen, then respond with tact. Not attitude.

I love Olive Garden, it is my favorite restaurant. This location rarely disappoints! Ive found that talking with the manager can clear up any issue I may have. Sometimes things do go wrong, and its understandable, but theyre a great bunch and I love eating there. The food is excellent and the service is usually top notch. Ive heard people complain about expensive meals, but where else can you get unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks for $7? My family has enjoyed OG for over a decade because we know when we go there were going to have a good time and it wont break the bank. Heads up, though. If you want good service you have to remember that A) servers are people & they are not beneath you; and B) 15-20% tip is customary because theyre making $2/hr (which is basically taken by taxes) and sharing that tip with the busser and bartender. Waiters depend on your tips to pay their bills and whether or not you like it, its part of eating out and getting served. I bet youll have a great experience at this Olive Garden and if you dont, I hope youll address the problem with your waiter right away, rather than just complain to someone who cant do anything about it.

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, but nothing else was reason enough to return. We were rushed to order, then when we did finally get our breadsticks & salad/soups, the food was right behind it. The breadsticks were hard & dry though well seasoned... The salad was as expected, but the soup was horrid. It was appalling to the eye, with oil & cream separation obvious, big ugly chunks of scalloped potatoes, and blobs of greens. The potatoes were too large to fit into a spoon/bite and the soup was extremely salty. I understand why they rushed the food out behind it... The salmon was good, but we also ordered the Tour of Italy. The lasagna tasted sour & had a strange color to the cheese, but the Alfredo was ok. The 3 item on the dish, chicken parm, was a slap in the face. It was a frozen breaded chicken patty that likely sat under heat too long as it was extremely dry. The beading was hard, and the chicken inside had no moisture or flavor. There was a pitiful attempt of tomato chunks & cheese on top. I was rather irritated that an $17 plate consisted of frozen inedible food. I will not return, and wouldnt recommend going there for your meal.

I have been going to this Olive Garden for over 15 years, and the service continues to get WORSE.The food is 7 out of ten most often but the servers here act as if Its a Act of Congress to get you ANYTHING.If you want extra anything you better be willing to rip your arm off for a tip for good service.I always tip 20% or more but here lately this has been hard to do with the lack of good service.10 years ago you could catch me here at least once a week or more! Now a days its a rare thing for me to go more than once a month. If the service was better and I didnt feel like I was an unwelcome house guest I would eat here more often.I have taken time out of my day to write this because of one particular server, her name begins with a R and she is from another country, she has to be the rudest waitress I have ever seen in my life.Bad service, bad attitude and therefore a bad experience. We have been sat with her the last three times we went here to eat @ the OG.Time will tell if we will return. My thoughts at the present however is thats not going to happen!

The waitress was very sweet when she informed me that they ran out of the soup I had ordered w my meal. "I asked them to put another one on" she said. She did not offer another type of soup, although mine was half a bowl of the dregs. The "fresh batch" never came. My chicken marsala was so overcooked and salty when I got it that she offered to say something. The garlic mashed potatoes were pretty good, but in comparison I could hardly taste them! When she offered for desert, I thought she might compensate me the $2.60 for the desert even though I had asked her not to say anything. Oh well, I did say to not as I didnt want to make a public fuss with an 8 top next table over who had just been seated. She said, "next time, try the stuffed chicken marsala.". There wont be a next time, but I will say that the wait staff was very sweet.

Its unfortunate that Olive Garden is not willing to take a simple step to accommodate a handicapped patron, and even more unfortunate that the manager offered as an excuse that "wed have to do that for everyone." Does that mean they think of handicapped people as being just like everyone else? No, says the manager, it just means that we cant offer an accommodation for a handicapped person that we dont offer for everyone else. Harumph. Their food is not all that good anyway. The atmosphere is nice, its very comfortable, and weve enjoyed eating there. But if they insist on making my handicapped Mom sit on a hard bench waiting for a table instead of allowing her to make a reservation, well so be it. Well take our business elsewhere.

I have no idea why this place is rated so low! Yeah someone said they had to wait 20 minutes on breadsticks but umm yeah you have to wait anywhere you eat especially if you want it fresh. For the amount of food you get, the price cant be beat. Our family never leaves here hungry and with 2 toddlers, most of the time I can just feed them from my plate and everyone STILL has enough food. I have ate at Apollos flame and Caribbas and there is just no comparison when it comes to how much food you get for the price. I have never had a bad experience here and even with 2 kids the servers are really nice unlike some places that as soon as they see kids they are just in a hurry to get you out of there faster than you came in.
