Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch at 12:59pm. Its 1:25pm now and no food. It was crowded when I got here but now its almost empty. Im still sitting close to the register and they see me but no one is asking me If I need anything. This is horrible. Never again. Im going up to ask for a refund for something I never got. I told the girl I waited over 20 min and wanted a refund. she said OK and walked my receipt over to the manager who was making orders. She looked at it and gave it to another guy. Then a moment later he comes up to me holding a bag with a taco and some free cinnamon twists, I assume for waiting. Then he walked away. I stood there for a moment and then yelled at the manager that I wanted a refund, not my taco, which I got eventually.

Worst taco bell food ever! Everything with a hard shell was soggy! Crunch wrap was filled with 90% fake cheese, 5% yellow lettuce and 5% meat, and of course there was no crunch! Makes me never want to eat taco bell again! If u have another option do not go here! The good reviews must be from the managers, their friends/family, the owner, and suck up employees. If I would have puked in a bag and ate it with tortilla chips it would be better quality food than what I just ate. Ps ate about 20% and threw it in the trash where it belongs.

They forgot an item and I didnt realize til I got home. Its bad when you gotta check before you drive away. Shouldnt have to. 5 layer burrito was basically wet. It was pretty soggy and nasty. Looks like they cooked it in grease or something. Service is usually pretty fast in the drive thru but I think the people working in the kitchen need to get re-trained. During the day it seems fine,but at night past 11:00 pm I cant recommend it unless youre just dying to have Taco Bell.

Service was good but the burrito meat was salty and the burito started to fall apart in my hand and the double decker taco didnt have the cheese shown in the picture and the regular taco meat was salty to and when i went to go pick it up and unwrap it all the cheese spilled out on to my lap.

The chicken quesadilla I got was poorly made a cheese was not melted and it was not cut they have a bunch of young people working there and they should really hire some older staff to to keep an eye on the younger people to make sure theyre making the food correctly.

Mad lines from free taco day... Staff Handled it like champs and kept things moving. Got my order small problem with some sour cream I ordered without Replaced offending taco with a smile and even threw me some cinnamon twists... Great service Great folks

Always quick service inside or out. Dont be discouraged by the long lines. They always move quickly, your food is always hot, and unlike other fast food restaurants, is always fresh. Always a late nite go to spot.

First time I got two breakfast Burrito and I really enjoyed them the next time I stopped and got the same thing it was at 9am the Burrito had been reheated and hard as a rock wont go back unless its very early.

Every time I visit, the staff are quick and friendly. I love the new chicken roll thingys. Mango tea rocks! Its close to my home, open long hours. Sometimes I sit there and just people watch.
