PROS: Clean, Fast enough friendly service, Excellent easy-access location, GOOD-TASTING FOOD, Extensive menu with options, $-$$ Pricing, Plenty Free Parking, Nearby center of Stone Dr/Eastman Rd commercial businesses (Kroger Grocery, Applebees, Gas Station, Office Depot, Batteries & Bulbs, Regions Bank and more). OVERALL, l had a nice visit and good tasting meal but got EXTREMELY ILL directly after eating and aggravated my stomach to point of vomiting and hospitalization for 3 days. Not positive if any result of Waffle House but had ate no other food since prior nights excellent healthy homecooked (no meat) dinner. And was fine after that. NOW WOULD I RETURN HERE? Not likely for me. Sorry, Waffle House but I can tell no lie. And as the sausage and the bacon were both a bit on the greasy - side that morning I only assume it was probably just a case of using un-fresh cooking oil that particular day & time. But this locations normally busy customer base is proof that my experience was atypical and not the norm.

Food was good other than the burnt bacon. I had the worst experience i have ever had at waffle house. Our server "forgot to tell us the credit card machine was down" untill after our meal was odered and half eaten. So i went to krogers for an atm that the server informed me they had...krogers does not have an atm so i go to the nearby gas station and it is closed Early for stocking. So i come back to the waffle house to have a police officer go outside of his seat and check our tag number after a snide under the table comment to the officer from our server...INCREDIBLE... We manage to take another trip to an atm and paid our tab, but i felt very disrespected as if i was a criminal and they were just"sorry for the inconvenience"... Long story short our servers name was johnathan and was very inconsiderate and didnt seem to care

Food was great,but the waitress eating her biscuits and gravey in the middle of a rush was not pleasant. (In the open) Not to mention the fact she didnt wash her hands before handing her good out. If it wasnt for the sweet waitress Casey I would have walked out. If I hadnt been a manager of a restaurant before I may not notice the red flags. Hope management sees this post.

Ordered an Arnold palmer with unsweetened tea. Waitress told me she couldnt make that. Then I had to explain to her what it was and show her how to put Limon aid with unsweetened tea. Totally incompetent staff, with what appeared to be an average of 6th grade educated adults. Unless you have time to kill and want a headace avoid this location.

I dont know what was worse us getting the wrong food or the employees messed up on drugs. We also sat on the side where you can see the back of the store which was not very clean.. none of the tables were clean but some of the employees were outside smoking instead of making sure the table was clean for the customers

This place is Hit or Miss. Sometime its Great, Service is good and well cooked Food. Other times however its horrible. On the last visit the food was possibly under-cooked and had a bad smell. It was to-go so was unable to provide feedback but needless to say I did not eat it. NOT RECOMMEND

Rowan took a lot of slack for having another waffle made for me. When I order I expect to get the full waffle. The waffle maker wasnt filled . Courtney was running her mouth out loud about it. I do not appreciate her attitude. I expect to get what I ordered.

Food was cold,even though the staff had time to just be standing around socializing with each other. Watched one of the waitreses cough and wipe her nose on her hand and failed to ever see her go wash her hands. She just continued on with what she was doing.

I love the atmosphere and the food is just right. Employees are always busy cleaning or waiting on tables. Dont forget they live off the tips from their customers.
