I hate complaining but I feel it is very necessary to ward off any potential couples who would like to lunch here. We walked in and the hostess was talking to a waitress and practically ignored us. I then asked her after 30 seconds of standing there waiting for her to finish talking; "Do we sit ourselves?" She replied "No. Follow me." After we ordered the waitress brought our chips and queso dip. The queso dip was cold in the middle, and salty. Next she brought us our food. I had a Mac & Cheese with spicy chicken and my fiancee had a Steak wrap. The Mac & Cheese was horrendous. In fact, the most disgusting mac and cheese I have ever eaten. My fiancee then gave me her plate because she didnt like hers. When I took a bite of that wrap, I literally put it right back on the plate. It was so salty, it was like they threw it in the ocean and slapped it on the plate. Heres the best part, when our server brought us the food she brought the check with it. They obviously didnt want us there. We are good people and we dont bother anyone. We made a unanimous decision to NEVER set foot in that establishment again. Please take heed before considering eating here.

Gaudy & loud, worse than a pizza parlor ! God forbid there is one kind of celebration or another ! The colors are hard on the eyes & it may be their chosen color scheme, ( no common sense), but in decorative furnishing & atmosphere, it appears cheap & just ALL wrong. The house is big & there is no fellowship or closeness in the experience. As if plenty of room is needed because ANYTHING can happen. Alot of money & square footage wasted. The effect left me with customer remorse. Now, the employees were kind & friendly, the food is exotic enough as long as it reaches you swiftly, a busy house gets you pretty good that tastes like left overs. I have been to many others & the small take-home out operations are a pass , if you like that type of food. But the big operations are rediculous & may be the death of this fadd. Your tip will be from guilt that such a wounderfull server has to work at such a looser place. After all its not his or her fault, its the (freaking), owners that hav3 lost all touch with reality, & the banks will have to sort it all out.

My wife and I had an outstanding time at BWW Asheville on a couple of visits during our recent trip to Asheville. Both of us are serious foodies who came to the town for gourmet cuisine and world-class beer. We were delighted to see that the entire team at this BWW was working hard to make the restaurant a world-class sports bar. The beer, which included several high-end local microbrews, was cold and fresh with no off notes. The food was the best possible preparation of their wing-centered sports bar menu. The staff was professional, outgoing, and fun. The diverse customer base was as welcoming as the paid staff. Sports bars get no better than this. General Manager Bill Frizzell has done an exceptional job assembling and training a great team. If you like sports bars, this place is a "must see" for any visitor to Asheville.

Recent reviews have me quite worried about this place as I am from out of town and tried it some years back but thought a lets give it another try. The experience was somewhat like the last time some years back. Honestly, I really have problems with the franchise I guess as there is one of these where I live. The food was okay but nothing special but where the real problems came in was how long it take to get the food and the order was messed up for two of the six orders we placed. I gave two stars instead of one as the manager did check on us and he comped two of the meals but I really would have rather had the food in a timely manner and correct. Seems to take forever to get our drinks too. In hindsight, I think this is where waiters and waitresses learn to wait tables.

I love this restaurant been to several across TN and NC. Unfortunately this place fell really below the bar. Mae was really sweet as a hostess but that is the most I can say for good qualities this particular location had. My boyfriend and I sat there for 25 minutes without so much as one other person talking to us. On a busy night I can understand, but the place was barely filled. After watching waiter after waitress pass our table without so much as a hello......it was very disappointing. Most of the employees were gathered in the corner talking amongst themselves......annoyed we took our business elsewhere. Hopefully other people can enjoy the food we did not get to eat.

Im at BWW often and I can say they offer a comfortable, inviting atmosphere where you can dine-in with your family, call in a to-go order, or sit and have a beer while watching a game on one of the many, MANY televisions. Youll always be welcomed and served by a genuine and enthusiastic member of the staff. The menu includes everything from their extensive line of wing flavors and stacked burgers, to healthier options like grilled chicken and garden salads. If youre looking for a dessert, I recommend the cheesecake bites with caramel or chocolate for dipping. Delicious!!

It is really a hit or miss with this location. The first time going to this location was right after moving to Asheville in July and I had an excellent time. Our server was on top of our drink and food orders and made my experience a pleasure. Recently, I will go in after work and the bartender tries to make a joke out of everything and doesnt take me or my wife seriously when we try to order something. He also forgot to ring in our food order and didnt apologize for his mistake. I will still visit Buffalo Wild Wings but only when that certain bartender is not working.

Went here on Friday night. Was seated in a booth and began to get bitten by something at the table. I had bites all over my ankles and legs which began to fester. Spoke to the manager and he coul,d have cared less. His response "really". He moved us to another table. My legs were on fire. My guest also got bitten but it was so late we stayed. It almost 45 minutes to get our food and the restaurant was not even crowded. Be careful sitting in the booth leading to the other seating space. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but wont go to this one ever again.

Good clean Restaurant, well maintained, the General Manager is a Great guy....not fake like most places you go to when they make their rounds and you can tell. Wings are good....not Great.......but there are plenty of sauces to choose from.... the wings are a decent-size nothing to write home about but they are fine. All in all, it suits the purpose for my Wing cravings.

Here right now for the fight. Our food is fine, when we can get service. We havent seen our server very often, and when he does come to the table, he drops our food quickly & disappears before we have a chance to ask for anything. Like silverware. Napkins. Our drinks. He seemed very proud that he got the order correct on a deuce without writing it in his pad.
