Never had an issue at this location till 6-25-17 . Mac and cheese were way to watery (you couldnt even taste the cheese ) . Also I found hair in the mashed potatoes . And employees had a depressed and rude look in their face like they didnt want to be there except jeudy she was positive and seggestive selling . She did convince me to get the new crisp chicken strips . Good job for that !

Ive always liked it here. The food is good quality and fresh. Not the commercial, processed junk food we seem to get everywhere else these days. I love the desserts. I have a weakness for pecan pie. And the customer service is way above average. Something I ordered wasnt quite done yet, and not only did they give me a free drink, they enlarged my portion and brought it out to me.

I used to love the Boston Market in Sarasota all those years back and when I moved to Bradenton and learned there was one around the corner I was ecstatic. Its either a hit or miss here. Food is either hot, fresh, and perfect. Or cold, old, and has other food mixed in. Up to you to decide if its worth the chance.

Ok for a quick bite and stay on your diet Green Beans were less than room temp Chicken was very good along with creamed spinach. Manager seemed to be on top of things with cleanliness etc. He came in from outside and automatically washed his hands. Before entering the food service area.

if you order at the drive through make sure you check the order when they give it to you as there is always something missing. last week i went there and they were actually OUT OF CHICKEN ..so its the boston "we may or may not have chicken" market.

As a lactose intolerant person, I thought ordering a chicken barbeque sandwich would be safe. WRONG! There was a slice of cheese on it that I didnt discover until I went to eat just the meat from the second sandwich.

Worst ever. Tuscan Parmesan chicken, barely warn, red potatoes were stone cold & not fresh. Were not very accommodating when asked for hot food. All sides in warmer looked old, not fresh at 11:45am! Seriously?
