I dont think Ill be going back. The person who took the order was okay. I observed the female with the red hair braided red hair talking on her cell phone and then putting plastic gloves on her hand to prepare food while the phone was under her chin and she remained talking. After her conversation she took the phone she took the phone and placed it in the clean gloves that will for food preparation and placed it on the counter above her. I thought this was unsanitary and I did not eat the food. Instead I drank the beverage made some phone calls at the picnic tables and left. You cant multitask handle your cell phone, your unsanitary dirty cell phone with the same gloves that you could pair food for Checkers customers. I video taped the entire episode and Im contemplating putting it on YouTube. The public needs to be informed of this unsatisfactory Behavior buy a Checkers employ. Just checkers is located on Mariner Boulevard near Spring Hill Drive and Spring Hill Florida. This is the second time around for a Checkers in the community and I dont think this time is going to be any different. This checkers will fail 2. Maybe I should notify Dirty Dining this way itll be on national TV.

Foods OK. Not worth the 20-40 minute wait in the drive-thru line. This is the second time Ive been here. The guy that works the window (white guy, brown hair) always seems pissed off. The first time I noticed he looked stressed out and tried to make friendly conversation and he just looked at me with a blank stare. The second time I come back and he still didnt say a word. Im not sure if hes deaf or something, but he wont respond back to you. This dude doesnt understand the meaning of customer service. If hes stressed out or doesnt like where hes working, theres a simple solution to this: quit and find somewhere else to work! I saw one employee inside wearing jeans and they were sagging so much I thought theyd fall to the ground. The employees inside were cursing and taking it easy. I think its time to revamp and hire new people. Is there even a manager on duty inside? Not sure this is the kind of reputation this Checkers would want and I think the franchise owner should be made fully aware of this issue.

Same experience with with long lines ot waits and same white guy with brown hair whos pissy and rude. I went today and only one car was in front of me where we order and they had him wait 5 minutes to order then I waited 5 minutes to order after 3 minutes waiting and he spoke to me and then I started ordering and he had me wait another 2 til he spoke again and was very rude. I then waited 5 minutes to pay as my food sat there ready the whole time and he took orders from the 6 cars that had formed behind me. Smh I dont know why he still even had a job there

Slow service rude people mozzarella sticks dried out cooked ahead of time then heated up ruins them most time you dont get what youre supposed to in your bag when Checkers first came here I went through 3 times a week now I despise any time I have to go there then they make you drive around and wait so they supposedly can cook your food fresh but then you get stale old food anyhow its dirty inside the managers are rude the best thing they had going for them was Walter and they got rid of all their good staff place is gone way downhill I do not recommend it

Terrible it was the worst fast-food restaurant experience Ive ever had. The drive-thru line was wrapped to the street and what we believe to be the general manager of the manager in charge was complaining about the customer saying something about the way he said theres a Burger King and a McDonalds down the road. The wait was 10 mins or longer for food. They had two new crew members and sent them home because they didnt want to full with them, when they would have stayed and helped...I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT establishment.

This store is horrible the wait time is ridiculous tonight they completely messed our whole order up and to top it off we were served 2 RAW Big Bufords and 2 RAW all American cheeseburgers I have tried to contact the store for over an hour because my fiance and child are now severely sick with vomiting and stomach cramps.I am livid about the level of incompetence that is in this location..absolutely disgusted and the only reason they even recieved a star is because we are forced to give one..

They have no idea what theyre doing. Food was gross. The wait was ridiculous. By the time we got to the window they tried to give us melted warm milkshakes. The guy taking our order actually forgot he was taking our order. He said hang on Ill check and then we sat there for 10 minutes at the box and he tried to start the whole order again. Ill drive to the Checkers in Brooksville instead and actually get good food in a decent time frame. Horrible experience twice. Bunch of idiots.

Terrible service . I work right next to there and each time I go to get food there everyone is always on drive threw and you spend 20 mins waiting for your order then another 20 waiting on food and the works all just stare at you . There needs to be a new manager who knows how to keep the place functioning and staffed , theres one right by my house that the most you spend is 5 mins waiting for something should call corporate this place is slow and doesnt know how to function.

So when we got her tonight the place was packed! And only 2 employees running the place. The lady apologized several times m, but informed us that we would have to wait a while because they had one cook. We had no problem waiting. We were patient. She then came out later with our food and told us milkshakes on the house for making us wait so long! I told her she didnt really have to do that, but she insisted in making it right.

40 mins 40 freaking mins to get my order on top of that it was ice cold and wrong. when i asked the manger what was taking so long her response was they are going as fast as possible. lol which was a lie because #1 im watching them make food and these "children" are going so slow. while checking their phones #2 if you were going fast i wouldnt have to wait 40mins to get "FASTFOOD" incredible disappointing #Epicfail

My husband and I went through the drive thru today after going to a movie. The wait wasnt too bad but when we got home I food was horrible. We ordered the buttery steak burgers and they were not eatable. I saw workers through the drive thru window throwing fries and other food in the garbage, it seemed odd to me. Not sure if we will try it again??? My suggestion is that you need a manager on site at all times.

Soooo disappointed! Was happily anticipating the return of Checkers to Spring Hill too! Went there last week (Friday approx 7pm) and the drive-thru line was onto the street! Used walk-up, long wait, and food was not good. Limp fries, dry sandwiches (no condiments used?) and no napkins in the bag. Too bad, I really like Checkers too. Just not this one. Not going back until I see better reviews.
