Until I moved away, this was my preferred restaurant of choice. Ive been a weekly customer for 30 years, and have seen it through thick and thin. There were a lot of unwanted and unliked changes when ownership changed hands a while ago. I miss the old booths, I miss the old prices, and I miss the difference in atmosphere from the two sides of Pizza Village. You used to be able to choose either the restaurant side for a longer more official meal, or the quick hangout side where you could grab a slice and play some classic arcade machines. Now the two sides are very similar. I also dislike the fact that the quick side replaced the fish tank(always a hit with the kids) and added a TV. The TV just feels wrong and out of place. I could very well be going completely off nostalgia, but nevertheless, I miss those things that gave Pizza Village its character. On the positive side... They kept the old recipes from the previous owner, and offer a killer pasta sauce! The pizza is very unique, and maybe not for everyone, you can appreciate its flavor. There has also been an expansion of the menu, with more options for people who dont want pizza or pasta. Their salads have improved greatly over the years. Portions are very good, I would say too good. I would probably prefer smaller portions at lesser prices. Kudos for keeping the iconic Peter Wing original paintings on the wall too!

I called in an order today and it was apparently misheard. Mistakes happen, but when I went to pick it up they gave me something that I didnt order. The girl said that when I ordered she repeated it and I said "Yes". Apparently I misheard as well, which again is fine, cell phones arent perfect. I was even apologetic (and they werent). But upon asking if there was anything we could do because we wouldnt eat what they had given us I was met with quite the attitude, and they took it back and gave us what we originally wanted, but treated me as if I was the one being unreasonable or rude. Which was not the case, if anything I was exceedingly nice about it. I even said Id take it at first but when I asked what was on it, it just wasnt something I could eat. I worked in food service for a few years and this is NOT how you treat customers, especially when its a simple misunderstanding. I will not be returning and the food was sub-par at best.

Ordered mussels fra diablo, pizza, and penne vodka....the mussels were the worst i ever had, it tasted like spicy ketchup, actually spicy ketchup would have tasted better. The sauce had a dark tint to it and it had a sweetness that was not satisfying, almost like they used chilli powder instead of crushed pepper. The penne vodka was under cooked and hard, the vodka sauce tasted old and not fresh at all. The pizza was mediocre at best. I wonder if the owner has ever been to a good Italian restaurant? I honestly think the owner needs to taste the food that he is selling on a weekly basis to ensure that he is putting fourth the best product... If he would not really enjoy eating it himself, he needs to start changing some recipes.

I especially like their scallops marsala. Great quality, decent portions and reasonable prices, although they have been increasing in the past few years. Actually 3 restaurants in 1 (2 menus). No atmosphere video games which is great for young kids. Formal restaurant has 2 seating areas, one with booths which is good and another "garden" area which has the best atmosphere.

driving past & my kids were hungry so we stopped. I couldnt eat the burger spit it into my napkin. i had my daughter try it t see if it was me & she spit it out too. every thing we had was disgusting & we were sick before we made it out the door. i paid $50 to get sick in the parking lot.

If you miss NYC style pizza and are new to the area DO NOT at least try a fresh baked cheese pie. Now of course there could never be a substitute for a NYC pizza but they are very, very close and by far are my local and county favorite.

Place use to be my favorite place local now it sucks. Chicken parm use to be incredible now it is not even edible. Now I have to drive 45 minutes to get a decent chicken parm........ Heard the ownership changed...

Not only is the food excellent but Anthony has a very polite and professional staff that works for him. Located right near IBM makes it perfect for a quick meal without losing a lot of time waiting for your meal.

My favorite pizza, ever. Two slices and a soda for $5, and you will be painfully stuffed to the gills with the size of the slices. If you get toppings, watch out! Youll need a forklift to take you to your car.

Great pizza, friendly staff, the owner Anthony is a really nice friendly guy and the environment is just nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good pizza.

Love their pizza :) used to get one every Friday. It stays pretty busy so be sure to call in your order otherwise you might have a bit of a wait.
