I left these guys a 5 star on Yelp, and now will do the same to spread the word. The service and food is fantastic! Its a simple menu, but enough choices on it to please a vegetarian to a carnivore! Me, I take the burger...especially the Drunken Sailor one which is out of this world! Do you like fried clam strips? Theres only one other place on the L.I. that can hold a candle to Billies and thats Flos in Patchogue. The clams are phenomenal!! ALL OF THE FOOD IS MADE FRESH WHILE YOU WAIT!!! Also want to add that any vegetables they use are from the Pumpkin Patch farm stand in the same parking lot. You can even grab the take out menu and call ahead say when youre on your way home from work on the LIE and about 20 minutes away, theyll have whatever you ask for waiting and it will be HOT as if they just took it off the grille. Honestly I cant speak highly enough about these two brothers that run the place. Wish they could open a restaurant locally cause Id eat there all year round!
