First timer at Chipotle and it was very nice! I explained to the server that it was my first time and without hesitation she said she would explain everything to me and she did! She asked if I had any questions then asked how hungry I was on a scale of 1-10 then proceeded to recommend what I should get (it was exactly what I was going to order). When I told her I dont eat meat she let me try the tofu product and it was delicious. My whole experience, including the food was great! It wasnt dirty at all and I think its a great size for the location. So happy to have this option in West Haven.

Being though theres a starbucks right next door the whole plaza is a watering hole frequented by many of the elusive, and endangered, yuppie douchebag. If youre a hunter of this species youre almost guaranteed to spot one here. Goid luck and stay safe out there.

Very Clean-- by far the best Chipotle in the Area. The food is very fresh, and the workers seem to be more hardworking and more interested in genuinely making sure customers are happy with their order. For fast food, Id give this 6 stars if I could.

This is yet another overpriced Mexican chain restaurant. Try the Long Wharf taco trucks just a few more miles down the highway instead for a cheaper and more authentic experience.
