Ive been ordering out from this current establishment for the last two years, and all I have to say about it is. Their food is great, prices are decent. And you do tend to get the bang for your buck, even with all of the food chains out here in the Southington area booming their prices to over the edge amounts. Although I am not here to talk about other establishments in the area. I believe their prices are fair, free delivery if your order is above 10 dollars. But their main delivery person is a complete jackass for a lack of a better word. Not only is he rude and gives customers a dirty look, he tends to try and rip you off at your own doorstep. On a few occasions when I have ordered around delivery I tend to order the same thing, it comes out to $17.41. I guess this delivery guy who drives a Honda Accord walks up and literally shouts at me, eighteen dollar! I ask to check the receipt because I was sure it wasnt what he said it was. Normally I pay full price and add a 2-3 dollar tip. But after what I had seen, and I saw the dishonesty in him and their delivery services, I refused to tip him and payed what I ordered for, he left showing me the middle finger thinking I wasnt looking.

Ive picked up food from this restaurant for over a decade, and their service and food has recently become a nightmare. I will never order from them again! The second to last time I ordered delivery from them, they forgot to deliver my order! They told me that my order would take 45 minutes, and when it didnt arrive after over an hour, I called back. They did not apologize, they did not offer me any sort of discount, they just sent the food and it arrived in about 30 minutes. To top it off, the delivery man was incredibly callous and rude. I had no food in the house, so I decided to give them one last chance. The last time I ordered delivery from them, the food was inedible (Immediately gave us a stomach ache, and just generally wasnt good enough to finish.) The delivery man sneered at his tip (which was 10% of the total, only because he had been so rude to me before) and he told me to pick up my own food next time. This restaurant has no sense of cleanliness, taste, nor does it seek to actually satisfy its customers. Im never going back.

Horrible food and service. We live one block from this dump and will never return. When we arrived to pick up our order, we were told rudely that no debit or credit cards are accepted. The owner probably has this policy to avoid a paper trail and avoid paying taxes on his complete revenue. The food was horrible. It appeared to be processed, not fresh. We barely had enough courage to begin the meal, and didnt come close to finishing it. It was disgusting. Please do not patronize this restaurant. When I walk my dog by the establishment, he doesnt even appear interested in whats inside. What does that tell you about the quality of the food.

Their general Tsos is pretty good. Ive had some places make it with sauce thats too sweet, some that for some reason used wing sauce... but Yi Hing makes good General Tsos. Their fried rice, wonton soup, and egg rolls arent bad either. The only issue might be parking, if youre going on a typically busy lunch or dinner time, as there are a couple other restaurants, bars, and businesses in the immediate vicinity. Also, as of last time I went, they only take cash, so be ready for that. Theres a bank across the corner with an ATM.

Excellent home made Chinese food, not premade frozen food like most places. This is a family-owned business and they stand out from the rest I dont order Chinese food from anywhere else in Connecticut because I cant stand it its so fake and gross this restaurant is rated in the top 100 Chinese restaurants in the United States however I agree their delivery driver gets extremely angry and upset and rude if he feels you dont tip him enough considering hes a family member you should be happy with any amount of money for a tip

I ordered the beef egg foo young for delivery from work on a Tuesday evening. It was my first experience with this restaurant. When my meal arrived it was burnt beyond recognition and covered in this disgusting oily brown gravy type sauce. I called to return the meal for a another and was refused service. "They stated it was "too far to replace my order" and "if I want I can go in for a refund". How does that help me now? $20.00 wasted.

They have really good food , I love it there. However the delivery man is ALWAYS rude, every time. He always gets extremely nasty when we give him the money and he doesnt get a big enough tip. He demands for more money and one time when i was waiting for the money from my mother , he got very cruel. Might just stop going there just because of the delivery man.

Decent Chinese food..they only take cash...and while it says no MSG it always triggers an MSG migraine in my wife so tread carefully if you get them...
