My friend and I went to Chipotle at Corbins Corner in West Hartford, CT. This was the single best experience Ive ever had at Chipotle (and Ive had many). This particular branch of Chipotle had the friendliest people Ive ever seen in one of their stores. They all were huge smiles, super nice to talk to, and super warm and welcoming from the beginning of the line to the end. No exceptions. That never happens. I even asked one girl if she was having fun, and she said "absolutely" with a big smile. Even if she didnt mean it, we would never know because she was convincing. They did everything they could to make sure we had a pleasant experience, and we did. I cant say that for a lot of Chipotles where the people usually look miserable and hardly even look at you or talk to you. If I were an undercover boss, I would give them a A+.

Man I just ate at this place. By the way was the worst place Ive ever eaten in my life. One of them was on point, reminding cooks about there food, running the front on her own. The other two just chilled and sat and their fat buts. Not gonna name names....... on my way out all of the trashes were overfilled. I am surprised people go there it will be my last time unless they make that hardworking girl in charge for real because my food might of been cold and sucked but I know it was not her fault.

I usually eat at chipotle 1 to 2 times per week, however I drive tractor trailer for a living so I have eaten at a few throughout the tristate, and this location sets itself apart from the rest the Brown rice is always hard / raw the white rice was very tangy and over season and over loaded with oil ,well the chicken ,I hope it wasnt raw I had no problems at the other locations, this one just kinda wings it they suck

You would think that they would make employees wear gloves. A worker was making my food with no glove, I pointed this out and she not only gave me a snotty look but ignored me.She did put a glove on but kept the same food, I said something and she refused to start a new one.Her boss smartly did. Seriously gross and with this chain having so many issues that is horrible service..

Got Food poisoned after eating a chicken burrito. It was the only thing I had to eat and couldnt sleep at all. My cramps started getting bad around 3am and by 5 am I was vomiting nonstop. All that came out was that burrito and the horrible taste of pintos. Yuck never eating here again. Barely go and just got poisoned.

They say they close at 10:00pm on Sundays but they close earlier. I called at 9:15pm to make sure it was open before drinking from Bristol. One of the employees told me they close at 10:00pm. Sooo I got there at 9:40pm and it was closed! Thanks for wasting my time!

So glad we have a Chipotle just down the road. We used to miss Baja Fresh from when we lived in CA. Not any more. (Psst: ask for double flour tortillas - doesnt cost any more, and keeps the insides inside, and the outsides outside.)
