Great food and great service, however it seems that you guys have misspelled the name? I am sure it is spelled and called "All Of Garden", what is an "Olive", is that some sort of slang? The food is fantastic. Our server was from Romania and was excellent at his job. He was pulling a double shift and the manager keep setting him and he always keep his smile. The dining area looks like a 1980s fern bar with LOTS of brass that has not been shined in 20 years. There were some Christmas decorations around but we werent sure if the were left from many Christmases past. We felt the food was on the expensive side for how the dinning room looked. However, I had the Steak and spaghetti and my wife had the seafood and both were excellent. You could share the seafood pasta with someone and have plenty to eat.

Went on a Thursday with my husband, the host was very nice seated us immediately in a booth. Our server Jessica was very attentive and got our food out fast and our orders right. But after we got our food out we were eating and talking and she comes and says “would you like for me to box that up” even though she saw our plates more than half full and then she kept telling us over and over how to pay with the cash out machine and asking if we needed help which we didn’t, we were just taking our time. Overall our expierence with the food was great but our experience with the server was awful. Will be coming again but will ask for a different server.

90% of the reviews written about Olive Garden are by people who havent the faintest idea what good Italian food is. And same goes for the Olive Gardens clientele. And so its not wonder this place cant disappoint with such low expectations. The unlimited breadsticks/soup/salad deal is a farce...Soup is about canned campbells quality, salad is iceberg cheap olives and croutons, bread sticks are frozen and re-heated. It is such a joke and just so sad people rave about this place. But hey, if you dont know what good food is, by all means go because youre likely to be satisfied.

Went to OG tonight with my wife and 11 yr old daughter. Everything was very good to excellent except the wait (5-10 max, but in a restaurant full of empty tables?) and the chicken in my ka-bob (slightly dry). Chad was very accommodating of our requests and attentive to our needs. Prices were reasonable - $42 for the 2.5 of us. It did feel a little non-Italian, but I dont care and it was nice (decor, ambience, etc). Not noisy, either. We will go back. This one was in DeWitt in Syracuse, NY.

Honestly was disappointed with my visit tonight. Olive Garden is easily my favorite place to eat... However tonight we had a strange waitress that was more worried about the little table top computer thing not working that she went on and on about it. Brought us 2 bread sticks at a time and literally 2 scoops of salad. Asked for extra croutons and they put 5 croutons in a little dish and that was it lol... The food was mediocre. $55 for a mediocre meal isnt going to have me come back.

Well for my opinion i want to say that Olive Garden was quite quaint. The service was absolutely tremendous.The food was exquisite, but to advised the only thing that had really pushed the score down, is the waiting time so if I was you id probably call at least 20 to 30 minutes earlier before you go that way you have a seat ready by time you get there.

Showed up when it was super packed (Mothers Day). We were told it would be a 10-15min wait but we were seated within 5 mins. The waitress was super nice and constantly checked on us. The food was delivered within a reasonable time and tasted amazing. For them being so busy, I still saw smiles on the employees faces, so definitely recommend.

I just called this location to place an order for pickup, and the gentleman who answered the phone raised his voice and was very rude to me simply because I misunderstood what he was saying. While I usually enjoy Olive Garden, I cannot justify placing an order with staff that is this unkind. This was a very disappointing experience.

Ive been sat with my girlfriend for 15 min now and the waitress went by saying Ill be right with you , ten min later shes finally here , no apology for the wait or anything and now its been 45 min since we ordered with out her coming back to our table once and our food is still not out. Very dissatisfied and will not be coming back

Great tasting food at good prices. The servers are professional and polite and fast. The tables have a tablet type device that lets you order drinks and appetizers, play games and also pay the check. It even lets you split up the check by item.

Went there for mothers day. Very unorganized and rude staff. My mom,bf,and I all were very unhappy with our food. My pasta was undercooked and well as my moms. My BFS food was like pasta soaking in grease overnight. Definately left unhappy.

Food was amazing & our waitress. Holly was exceptional!!! I am a diabetic & my sugar was low when we got there. We told Holly & she made sure I got my lemonade incredibly fast & checked on me often. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Horrible service, hostile waitresses, cold food, wouldnt come even when we requested and went to other tables!! Update found hair in my lasagna fritta and pasta was sour! We were table 104 on August 17,2017 8:30

Hands down best restaurant in 315 area code. No Competition!!! Food is the best and so is the service. I drive 50 mins to Olive Garden and Its worth the drive and the wait. Keep on the work Olive Garden!!!!!!

Nicr location. Not too busy on our visit. Standard Olive garden menu. Service was good. We were offered one entree for frer because it was a bit slow from the kitchen. It was a very nice gesture.

Food tastes incredible. They treat like family. Your can play and pay using the tablets on every table. But, the only thing is they cook frozen food, didnt expect that for such a delicious food

Server was awesome, but the kitchen was horrible. Very slow in getting our meals cooked. They ended up comping one kids meal and an appetizer. We were there for lunch for over 2 hours.
