I like Unos. After a while in Binghamton, you have been to all the chains... and you ask yourself, which one will i give a second shot first? Unos is it. While bogged down by the same kind of approach to dining as the surrounding chain restaurants, these guys at least have a specialty in deep dish pizza and make a marked effort to provide some nutrition/lower calorie meals for those interested in such things. The decor is great, and definitely different. The place almost feels like an old brick firehouse. The service was good and the bar is removed a bit from dining area so the extra noise is cut down a bit. Soup bar usually offers 4 great soups, all you can funnel into your gullet. I go with the Pizza Skins appetizer every time because i know my time on this planet is short, and i aim to make it shorter.

Oh my goodness, vegetarians rejoice! This is the very first time (at a chain restaurant) that I have ever had OPTIONS! I mean, there are actually several things on the menu that required no alteration and sounded equally delicious. What I went with: Berry and goat cheese salad (super yummy, couldve been twice as big!), and mushroom and cheddar flatbread, crispy and earthy and definitely big enough for two. The service was quick and attentive (thanks, shayne!) And the atmosphere was chill. Overall, I cant believe Ive never eaten at Uno before, but you can bet Ill be back soon!

Typically not a bad place to dine. But very bad service this past weekend. Hats off to the manager for trying to compensate for the slack employees. But the moment was ruined by the complete staff who took no responsiblity for their poor service as they were too busy enjoying the down time of the restuarnat and socializing with each other as those no one else existed, no smiles, and blaming the wet tables due to the fact they need resurfacing. That made no sense at all.

Unos is always a good choice. We like going there with a family group as they have large 8-10 top tables that everyone can sit at together. Staff is well trained and friendly. Large menu and if you cant find something you like on it cook at home :) I had pizza and it was very good. Portions are large and prices like any other chain. Recommended!

The food is ok, but tends to be pricey for what you get and takes a long time to get out of the kitchen. They do have a decent selection of craft beer for a chain restaurant. I do enjoy the weekday lunch specials that come with unlimited servings of 3 or 4 different soups.

Best food, great service. Our waitress, bubbly, fun, perfect personality to deal with customers. Loved the outdoor seating and entertainment. Saw Facebook event and had to check it out. Well be back Wednesdays for the summer entertainment.

Great food for the entire family. I ordered the BBQ platter, the ribs were ok. Its expected for these type of restaurants that bake their ribs (not smoked). Otherwise, the rest of the food was good.
