The food was good. The waitress was terrible. Besides seeing her a total of 4 times throughout the meal she periodically forgot our order/requests and even the check. After we finished our meal she seemed dumbfounded as to why our drinks were not brought to our table by the bartender even though it is BWW policy that the waitress bring drinks once patrons are seated(after 10 minutes of waiting for our drinks I personally walked up to the bartender and she politely apologized and explained the company policy ) The reason couples dine out is so they can take a break from having to make dinner. Instead what transpired was a combination of paying for a meal and filling in the gaps of employee incompetence. Next time I will save the time and training week, go to a legitimate establishment.

We came in for lunch and the place was fairly empty. We got our fried pickles and wings, which were okay, but the server never came to the table. We had to continually ask for refills, and when taking the dessert order she only asked the one person at our table because the 2 others were still eating wings. Maybe its just me, but you shouldnt take the dessert order before the whole table is finished. Because then, we didnt see her again for a little bit after the one persons dessert was brought out, and my friend no longer had time to order hers.

This is the location that is closest to me and it is always sooo nice and friendly. I get my wings togo and when I came back a week later to get the same thing the guy remembered my name and what I got. I was so expressed because its smack in the middle of a busy neighborhood and in yhe middle of UD campus.

I like bww and Id like the rating to be higher but customer service at this place can be atrocious. Would not recommend. Would spend extra gas money to drive to other Delaware locations. Go to the one on 40 or the one on limestone road off of 2; Ive had good experiences at both.

They have improved in the past 6 moths. The to go orders often take longer than they say, usually 10 m extra. The parking lots fill up during peak times and they have no dedicated to-go parking like other locations. – They should add at least two to the south lot.

Service is very horrible senior staff management is very selective with whom they greet table was filthy food wasnt made to specific order I had to wait almost an hour to eat Ill never eat or work for this restaurant again

Horrible service when we walked in the door. Waitress is trying but shes the only one. Apparently these cooks dont know how to put sauce on chicken because mine are bare and also took 20-30 minutes for 10 wings.......

They have the best wings and their servers are really friendly, even when you come in with a bunch of kids. They brought out the childrens meals quickly, and were fast with every request. Love it here.

Wings were bigger and juicier compared to other ones I have visited. Good spacing between tables. Good ambience. Courteous and prompt service. Except for parking issue, everything else was fine.

Worst wings Ive ever had. They were dry, over half the "wings" were breaking, and no sauce. Never eating at BWW again. The Greene turtle as WAY better wings! So disappointed!!!!

Buffalo Wild Wings is great! Eating in or taking it to go... Always had great service!!! Staff is great! Well worth the trip down to Elkton RD for it.
