Cant think of any time i went to a restraunt and received such poor service that i left before i could get my beverage. First, hostess says they could not allow me and the people i was with to sit at a table for 10 mins. not because they didnt have any tables but because they didnt have enough kitchen staff. We said alright. well can we atleast sit at one of the empty tables?no is what we were told and had to sit in the (very cold)waiting area. 20 mins pass no one says anything until one of us aproaches the hostess. Finally seated and we are seated in front of the mens room. Uh eww!strike two. Waiter arrives to take our drink order. He looks distracted looks out window doesnt listen to our order. Stike three.

If you are a clean freak like me, you will not enjoy eating here. Food is good, took awhile but regardless it was good. But the tables were sticky, our sons high chair had so much old food like they just put the chairs away after they have been used and dont bother cleaning up. I liked the food, If it had been cleaner it would have definitely had at least four stars with me. I would not recommend this place

My fiance myself & our daughter ate here last night & it was awful! My ribs were burned & tasted like scrappings off the grill & the sericve was super slow. If we asked our server for something it took 10 min to get it & they werent even busy. Thats not the first time it was bad but we like to eat there usually so we decided to try it again & it was not good so we wont be back to this TGI Fridays.

Our waitress made it very clear she was much more interested in her phone than her customers. It took so long to get our drinks that they had become watered down from melted ice, the "sizzling chicken and shrimp" my boyfriend ordered was barely room temperature. It may have sizzled at one point but it was cool to the touch by the time we finally received it. Do not recommend. At all.

We arrived at 2pm, and the restaurant was not busy. Our waitress hardly spoke a word to us, let dishes pile up on the table, and left our drinks empty. I let the manager know but the service did not improve. In addition, appetizers didnt arrive until the entrees came out. I normally enjoy TGIFridays, but I will be choosing a different location from now on.

It was less than adequate, I was highly disappointed, the server was very nice but carried awkwardness, 10$ apps not 10$, Didnt have some items in stock, burgers are close to tasteless, I do not recommend anyone that has a pallete to eat here. I am embarrassed to have eaten here. Also, liquid fell from the ceiling and landed on my colleagues shoulder

The service is ok. The place was empty at peak lunch time and I figured out why. I ordered the jack Daniel grilled chicken breasts. It comes with two sides. The chicken was undercooked and tough. I asked for some bread and they gave me six bread sticks without butter in a pan. I will never go there again. Too many other places in Virginia Beach with

My food was cold because I waited forever to get steak sauce. My friend recieved dry boneless wings (hardly no sauce). Then my friend reordered the appetizer and recieved the wrong item. Then to top it off, a mouse played up and down the walkway outside the window where we were seated. This was my WORST experience ever.

Staff is very friendly and the food selection is amazing! Its hard not to get the endless apps selection and their alchol products are plentiful. Happy hour prices are some of the best. $3 for domestic $6 for Special. Lighting and seating is nice. Perfer the bar for main seating. Overall, one of my favorite spots.

The food wasnt worth the money, but it wasnt bad food by any means. The atmosphere is nice, the employees were friendly enough and catered to your experience at the restaurant. If I couldnt find the same quality, and better, food, at a different place for a significantly better price, Id rate it a star higher.

Man, T.G.I Fridays used to be awesome. I went in here today. The service was good but the prices are crazy high. And its so dark. It was happy hour so drinks were on sale and thats it. Only three. I left we t to Applebees. Yay. They have 2/$20 & 2/$25 and its happy hour about 10 drinks on sale. Im staying.

The service was lacking, the food took over an hour and my drink order was wrong. We ended up leaving before the food came. Withh 2 small kids and not enough time, we ended up at taco bell instead. What a waste of time. Really wanted a nice dinner with my family, but left irritated and short fused.

This is the only pic I took of our food and I wish I hadve taken one of everything. The food was awesome! I had the cobb salad and it was literally the best one Ive ever eaten. My husband ordered a steak and ribs, the steak couldve been eaten with a fork it was so tender. Service was great.

Horrible place. The food made me sick. The waiter wasnt good at his job by any means. At the end our meal, a bug decided to join our dinner table. What more could go wrong with dinner? I recommend everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Save your money for something better.

Prices are too high, the server was awful and I had to go to the bar to pay the bill. When I ordered a Togo order of mozzarella sticks they gave me a large rectangle box with only half of it filled. Better off going to Applebees for eight cheese sticks for the same price.

Loud loud loud! Restaurant felt dark and dirty. Food just ok! Total bar hangout. Not a family friendly restaurant in my book! Should have gone to chickfala! Manager hanging with the bar customers. Lynnhaven location needs a total makeover. Total dump! Save your money.

Two times I went, the good was good but the service was terrible. We even asked the manager not to send our waitress back at our table and she still came back 3 mire times. Not ever going back..... unfortunately if your too light.... Not the right place for you.

The food was very small portioned but tasty. The waitress rarely checked on us and left all empty cups and plates on our table. There were roughly 7-8 empty cups on our table and there was only 3 people including me. Bad waitress. Seems to be a hit or miss

We waited 15 minutes just to get drinks (no alcohol). Forgot my salad, burned my chicken and overcooked my daughters macaroni and cheese. My husbands salad was more leaf stems than actual greens. They were not even that busy!!!

Just left this place with my husband and infant. The place was nearly empty yet we waited over 5mins at the door and no one bothered to seat us. Two people seen us and ignored us. We left and will never attempt to eat here again.
