Just a note to say that I fly all over the world--million miler--whose travels have taken me through SYR three times in the past month. On two of these occasions I was fortunate enough to be served by Dot, who shifts between Johnny Rockets and Middle Ages Beer Garden. If there were an airport bartender/wait person hall of fame, Dot would be in it. When she asks where you are headed, and how youre doing, she really means it. If youre passing through SYR, Dot is not to be missed.

I always have a good meal here! The staff is friendly and polite. The milkshakes are amazing and the fries are too. Chain restaurants sometimes get a bad rap. This one shouldnt!
