Visited for lunch on Feb 16. Ordered a Grilled Chicken (just the sandwich) and a Chili Cheese dog, (just the sandwich). POS operator initially added a cheeseburger which error he quickly corrected. I wanted my meal "to-go". POS operator accidentally rang a Chili Cheese Dog meal. I accepted the meal and paid for it. It was partially my fault since I used the number "12" which apparently refers only to the meal. I always order something special at any fast food restaurant to increase the likelihood that the item will be prepared fresh. In this case I requested light chili on the dog. I left the chicken sandwich as is. When I got the meal home, I found the hot dog was cold and dried out. Chicken sandwich was just as bad. I own a restaurant and I know there are customers who complain when they really have no reason to do so. So I am reluctant to raise these issues. In order for me to say something, the experience really has to be .....(What is the opposite of "over-the-top?) .......under the bottom. I have had good service and good food from this BK in past visits. I hope this was an out-lier.

My mom stood at the register and waited 5 minutes while all the employees walked past her. I went up to the register trying to get their attention. I had to wait about 4 minutes before I was acknowledged and helped. Other customers came in and waited longer than we did. The manager clearly didnt care he continued to walk by without a word. Simply this place sucks!!!

This restaurant has never really delivered with quality service especially through the drive thru. Almost every time Ive been through the drive thru here I have been pulled up to wait for my food even if I was the only person in line. Many times my order has also been incorrect and I have had to go back inside to get the order corrected.

There were bugs crawling all over the drink counter. I asked for lettuce and 2 tomatoes like the picture, but the girl at the register said that the food costs were too much for one more tomato on my whopper. My lettuce was turning brown. It is obvious the employees dont care

Im only giving it 1 star because I cant give it 0. They were out of ice and ketchup packets. How the heck can you be a fast food restaurant and be out of ice, much less ketchup packets. This place will probably be out of business soon. Dont spend your money here.

This place is stocked with what must be the b-squad chimps. I was greeted sloppy, all the employees wouldnt budge from a leaning position to resupply napkins or cup lids. Where the hell is the management?
