The waitress was friendly. (We tipped her despite the travesty that was our meal.) The female bartender did her best to ignote us. She had no patrons and ignored oir request to have the bench seat cleaned. She told us that someone would be with us shortly and left us standing at our table. She was argumentative and continued to have inappropriate and personal conversation with other staff during our stay. Despite the redundancy of the menu, we have eaten here often and typically enjoyed a burger, endless fries and a drink in the bar area. This evening, we were told to be seated there and there were several empty tables but all but one had been cleared. We had to get the attention of the staff to wipe the bench seat that had spilled food on it. We received dirty appetizer plates (twice). We ordered the speckled lemonade with absolut and a mojito. The mojito was fine. The lemonade had no absolut in it, but we were told repeatedly that it did. (Remember, we come here often and are aware of...). I ordered a medium rare burger in a lettuce wrap, instead of a bun. I received a hard charred burger on a square bun. I sent it back and waited and received what I am sure is the same, exact, burger with approximately 1/4 head of lettuce on top. It was not wrapped, or recooked to order. The greasy, garlic, fries were the same ones that had been on my original plate and they were cold upon return to me. This had been a great stop for burgers and drinks, but no longer. We became sick to the stomach an hour later. I purchased a soda while walking through Target to try to offset the nausea. It continued when we got home and then my spouse began to feel badly. We spent the rest of our night and so far the next morning, in separate bathrooms. We refuse to spend our time and money here again. There are many options for burgers in the area: TGI Fridays, Chilis, Double TT Diner, to name a few. Dont waste your time or risk your health at this location of Red Robin. They are sure to disappoint.

My wife and I are, or I should say were, regulars at this Red Robin. Until today we have always enjoyed the people and for the most part the service. However, today was different. We were so insulted by the General Manager that we wont go back. We almost always order the same meal. Today the wrap was rubbery. I thought it was just the outer layer so I pulled it off and tried to eat more. However, it wasnt something he could chew. I sent it back. The General Manager came out to our table and said that he and the other managers noticed that we often send food back. False! I only sends it back when it is chewy, maybe 1 out of every 3-4 times. I never ask for it to be removed from the bill, only to be made correctly and fresh as stated in the menu. Wow, for the General Manager to basically say their sub par and stale wrap is our fault and then to tell us that he and the other managers talk about us. Why not just say "hey, we dont want your business, dont come back". How rude! When I asked the server, who was fantastic, but clearly felt uncomfortable, for his name and the phone number for the corporate office, he came back and said that wasnt what he really meant only made the situation worse. So on top of insulting us he came back to the table and lied. We wont go back and well spend our money and give our business to one of the other restaurants in the area that appreciate regular customers.

Every time I go to this place, they never cease to satisfy me. Although it may get crowded sometimes, they make sure that your food is gotten to you right away and they always make sure to see to it that your expectations were met to the max (most of the time). Their tartar sauce is to DIE for.. I order that sh** on everything... Im pretty convinced that its homemade because ive never had sauce like that before at a restaurant. My burgers have never been cold, my waitresses have always been attentive and positive although they are on their feet continuously, they continue to keep up appearances. I have a severe gluten intolerance, also and I would like to applaud them for their excellence as far as making sure that no amount of gluten EVER touches my fries or burgers, and its nice. I dont care what anyone says, you treat your server right and be patient and you will get a good experience. Theyre working as hard as they can all night and usually without appreciation, and people seem to forget that theyre humans too and get tired and have bad days. I didnt get paid to say this or anything, I just felt compelled to let people know that there are good experiences to be had here and ive had many in the years ive been going here. This place is the best burger joint in Harford County right after Five Guys in my opinion. Its a burger spot, not a five star luxury buffet haha

Our family went to dinner here tonight, and it was horrible. Red Robin used to have very good salads, but for some reason, somebody decided that now mixed greens now includes iceburg lettuce. So, when I ordered my salad, I asked for only mixed greens, which is what the menu says is in the salad. After several back and forths with our server (and it wasnt her fault), I was told that since all salads were all pre-made, my request could not be honored. Let me reiterate, the menu says that the salads are mixed greens. Go to the grocery store sometime, and buy a bag of mixed greens, and you will find no iceburg lettuce! A request to speak with the manager went unheeded. One of our other orders came out very late, and another was not complete, and it took us a long time to catch the eye of someone to request the missing item. Again, it wasnt the servers fault, and we left a large tip (I am a former server myself). This was a management issue -- or lack of good management issue -- at both the corporate and local levels. We wont be returning to a Red Robin.

This used to be one of my go-to restaurants, but since they have been "remodeling", it has basically gone to crap. When I went last month, they served us guacamole that was completely frozen at the bottom. The waiter gave us skeptical looks when we told him. This time, we were seated at a table that was inbetween two other tables that were about six inches away from us on either side. It was literally like we were eating dinner with these other people. They also switched out normal dining chairs for these unnecessarily huge and uncomfortable leather chairs. Food looked like it was just thrown onto the plate and was hardly even warm. Needless to say I am very disappointed in what used to be a place that I recommended to everyone. Would definitely steer clear of it now.

We have loved Red Robbin for years and have eaten at locations in multiple states. Our first experience with the Bel Air location in early 2011 was very good however after 4 follow-up trips over the following year we have vowed to never return. On each of the following trips the service was generally poor, we would wait nearly 1 hour for our food to come out (even though it wasnt very busy). The food itself was lacking a bit in presentation and was far from properly cooked. When you are a burger joint, you should be able to turn out a burger that is cooked to specification. I have had medium burgers come out well-done and on the last visit my daughters well-done burger came out rare. Never again Red Robin, Never again...
