I am a fairly regular customer here. My daughter loves coming here. We always get good food. Today our sever Nick was dissapointting to say the least. He came to our table and introduced himself and it seemed like he expected fanfare and trumpets blaring to make his arrival. Not at all personable. He took our order and came back to check on us once. I was hoping to get a drink refill and a refill on some fries. Nick however disapapeared from the floor. My daughter who is the slowest eater in the world was finished before we even saw Nick. I tried to even get the attention of a manager. The floor manager I did see was walking around like in a daze and did not have a feel of what was going on around in her reataurant. She walked past and did not even look in my direction, when I raised my hane to get her attention. We have been here before with minor server errors that were attended to by a floor manager. That made us feel better that someone was concerned for us as a customer. When Nick finally came to our table all he basically said is that we could us the ziosk and pay our bill. Not even a "thank you for stopping in" came out of his mouth. Hopefully when we come in again we can get a little better and attentive service.

Great food, prepared exactly as we ordered it. Excellent service. Great value for the price. Our server Vikki (note the 2 ks)" was terrific. She has a bubbly personality and she is very efficient. She makes Red Robin look really good! My wife has special dietary needs and Vikki suggested the perfect non-bread sandwich. She was patient with us (our first visit to this Red Robin) and explained the electronic terminal at our table. All in all, a very pleasant evening. We plan to go back again soon. We recommend this Red Robin to everyone.

We had a great time last time we were here, despite our two guests leaving since they were unable to wait too long. Even though it took the hostess ten minutes to seat us after receiving the text message that we were ready to be seated and somehow not knowing to get my 10 month old son a highchair, we did speak to the manager and he let us get appetizers for free. Our dinner was delicious as well.

The streamed broccoli is disgusting. No flavor .... just gross. Who in the world eats veggies without herbs on them.The salad recipes were designed by people who dont eat salads. If youre looking for a healthy alternative, though they advertise it, dont be fooled. Your better off buying salad and veggie fixing at the grocery, making a salad at home, and watching Netflix.

Beef in this day and over processed age just doesnt taste good. But over all I like Red Robin. Our server today was most attentive and upbeat. A true pleasure, until it came to bill paying! Shoved the little computer in my direction and pushed real hard for the 20% tip. So 3.5 stars for today! Did not like being pushed so hard on the tip issue. Dag computers!

Great atmosphere, food, and service. Came on a quiet Monday afternoon and enjoyed a burger and unlimited fries. The burger was cooked just right and made to order and the fries were nice and hot. Service was prompt, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will come back!

Red Robin. Yuuukkk. Used to go every Friday. Not sure what happened. New manager seems to push away good waitresses. We saw food sitting in the window for over an hour. Manager told us sometimes it has to sit for other food to come out. Will never go back. Way to push away regulars.

Called to see if they cooked the burgers with soybean oil because I am allergic and pregnant. The girl who picked up the phone said. " I dont know and I am to busy here to check". Thanks for treating me lIke i am a valuble customer...I enjoyed panera instead :)

I asked for my burger well done, it arrived burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. My waitress kindly took it back and got me a new burger but Im not a fan of biting into a raw burger.

Go on Mondays, thats your best bet for a consistent meal. This is a pretty busy location as this chain is sparse. Wait staff always seem to get thru it though.
