So I looked at an ad in the drink menu that advertised a drink containing Redds Apple Ale, raspberry syrup, and lemonade served in a collectable baseball can. The ad described the can was limited edition and read "take one home today." The drink was about $6.29 (for just some beer mixed with juice mind you) and the ad said nothing about paying $5 extra to take the can home. So I rinsed the can when I was finished and let my son play with it. Then, my server tells me that I wasnt allowed to take the cup home without paying an extra $5. I pleaded with the manager saying that I purchased the small can of beer under the impression that I could take it home and I felt like I was cheated because the drink want nearly worth $6.29 (I could have bought a margarita for that price). He wouldnt budge so I had to take the empty can away for my poor boy and I sat and waited for my bill and dessert with a crying toddler next to me. I also ordered Cod and chips and the cod had NO FLAVOR. Also when I went to pay, I paid with cash and card with instructions to pay cash first, then card. My card was declined because one of the $20 bills i gave the sever (HIS NAME IS !!!!!ALBERT!!!!!) magically disappeared. So, I had to ask my mom to help pay for dinner. How embarrassing ;( The shady thing is that he didnt even notice my card was declined he just have us the receipt and said "have a nice day." He must have been flustered about something like making $20 disappear cuz he never came back I had to go find him and tell him that the order wasnt fully paid for. NEVER GOING BACK

I got sitting down at 635 i did not even get a menu till 647. Then I only got the menu because the waitress came up to me and asked me what if I am ready to order. Really come on. How can I order without a menu. There is 3 people in this bar area eating. So I am sitting in the bar area watching the superbowl came here by myself to watch some of the game and I asked if they coule turn the volume up of the game at the bar area because ever single Red Robin does. They manager came up to me said this "we cant turn the volume up due to company policy" then walked away didnt really feel like a valued customer. Now I just got my food and I ordered garlic fries for a side and they did not even give me those so they took it back sprinked some stuff on the top...and that cost an extra dollar. I ordered my burger medium with pink in the middle and this burger has absolutely no flavor and cook all the way though and the bread even tase old See I am not going to ask for free food or anything I am simply sharing my experience here. I recommend not to come here and go somewhere else. And now adding on to this there is some lady yelling about the service and it completely made my experience here horrible...

Our medical office ordered 10 items for our drug-rep lunch. The rep picked up the lunch (given the right receipt and got the wrong food order). This was not realized until she got to our office and started to unload the bags. She had to return the wrong order and get the right order!! The order was missing 1 of the drug rep lunches (they sent something else that we did not order) and all the salad dressings for the 5 salads that were ordered, and instead of a clam chowder soup the doctor got chili with chili chili burger. CATASTROPHE!!! it will be quite sometime before we choose Red Robin for our lunch again.

The last 3 times I was there with my wife kids , it took forever to get our food. We were there as recent as last Thursday. My kids food was stone cold , I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich , Got a buffalo chicken instead , my appetizer was also cold. The table across from us had a party of 6 or 7 and we noticed they also had theyre order screwed up too. We will not return to red robin again.

I love Red Robin, but this particular location is horrible!! My family and I were out to have dinner keep in mind we had a child with us. We waited 30 minutes for our food and there was only all but 5 people in there. We were able to see that our food was done, but it sat there getting cold. We complain to the manager, but he was not much help because he was only my daughters age of 19.

Been to other red robins and they were always great....this one horrible....first they messed up the margaritas then we got the burgers less then 5 mins later.....burgers had been made and sitting in a stack for prob an hour before i made my order then they added toppings and sent it:( Honestly McDonalds has a better burger than I had tonight. NOT A GOURMET BURGER

I was ready for a mediocre experience but instead I got a real treat. I had this crispy chicken with a sweet and spicy glaze in a waffle sandwich with steak fries. It was a nearly perfect lunch - great waiter, etc. The only miss was that I asked for the fies to be crispy/well done. Instead the fries arrived normal - they were still tasty.

Zucchini fries are my favorite. Ive had awesome service the last few times Ive been here too. I try to make sure I let management know when I have had good service. Occasionally, the cooks are a bit heavy handed on the sauces, which can make for a messy end to your burger, but this is still a fantastic stop for a chain restaurant!

First visit today for lunch..... thought the quality of the food and the price was great! Service very friendly and fast. I am not a burger person but I totally enjoyed my burger platter which was well under $10. I have to admit the fries, which were perfectly cooked. and plentiful, made me sooo happy! Thank you Red Robin!

Walled in 530pm with 3 groups in front of us...1group of 5 and 2 groups of 3...40 minutes later we were still waiting...asked a couple of times how much longer and each time told 10 mins...finally ordered to go...40 minutes longer and we got our cold food at 653pm..not going back. ...lost a customer based on this experience...

worst experience I have ever had...servers are great but the managers are jerks. I watched them humiliate servers...and the managers just waltz around and do nothing....and then suspend a server a couple days before Christmas...Me and my family have decided that we will not give this place anymore of our time and money

Its convenient for us as we live down the road from Peoples Plaza in Newark, Delaware. My wife, son and I enjoy the Great burgers and fish fry. We normally do take out. We call it in and pick it up usually on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays. So if you like burgers Red Robin makes some mean burgers and spuds!

We used the birthday burger coupon and it was great! Because it was Halloween, the restaurant was not busy. We love that! We thought the fries would be not as fresh, but they were better than when the restaurant was very busy. Our server was adorable and funny and very attentive.
