I am in the food industry and I know mistakes happen, but enough is enough. I have been ordering from this place for at least a year but over the last several months they have dropped the ball numerous times. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. They have made 10 mistakes over the last 12 orders. Burnt Sicilian slices to the point that they were inedible, "deep" dish pizza that was not (at least 3 times), plain wings that came with buffalo seasoning, no toppings on pizza that was paid for (3 times), raw bacon on a pizza and the best of all the delivery man dropped the pizza causing the toppings to cover the box instead of the dough. The owner, Maurice, has apologized and made excuses about changes he needs to make in his kitchen. He has replaced the item a few times and even gave me a $10 credit. But do you really want to get a credit in a place that can not get a basic order right 83% of the time? It is really a shame that they can not get there act together because their product is good but I have had it with them and will make sure people I know also understand that you never know what you are going to get when you place an order.

Horrible Experience, Walked in @ 9:10, Made a decent size order, EAT IN, even tipped 5 bucks for NO service. Pizza was OK at best. When we sat down to eat it there they turned the lights off on us... As I had little kids with me, we continued to eat. We were out of state and were hungry, w toddlers. They then came up to s and said that thy were closed and wernt being paid and us eating was hurting them. Literally forced us out the doors, Horrible service, didnt use gloves, in shorts and tank tops..... NEVER AGAIN

The food was always a hit when I ate there for lunch. I had some jobs with a builder behind the shopping center and ate at Bellavita every chance I could get! Ive been there about a dozen times. For once, I can say I never got sick from that place. Besides the great food, the place is always clean, and the staff was great (some hotties worked there). Im far away from that joint now, but Id drive the hour and a half for some of that tasty food!

I ordered 20 pizza pies from here over the weekend for a family gathering I had in the area. Bella Vita was fast and easy to work with and provided all the extra spices, plates and napkins I asked for without question. The pizzas were delivered on time as promised in about an hour and came pipping hot and delicious. I would recommend this place for quick and good pizza in the area.

This place sucks... They never have the pizzas advertised.. And there soda machine not working meant I had to pay extra for a bottled drink instead of charging me for the combo.. This is a place of business.. I shouldnt have to settle for less cuz of your laziness..

Would give 0 waited 2 1/2 hours then ask them if they could do something for it they said no so I told them forget it I was not paying full price for cold pizza very bad business

Not sure what happened here but the pizza was bland tasteless and the crust has changed. The price is not worth this quality of pizza. Stay away go some place else wish I had.

Love their deep dish pies. Our favorites are the Buffalo and Eggplant Rolateni. Their dinners are also great. And we were very happy when they catered a party for us.

Pizza is great, salads are great a little pricey, sandwiches, while low priced, are sub-par, mostly bread, little veggies, even less meat :( shoulda got a pie..
