Lapin and I came here for dinner. We were seated quickly and the decor was very rich and beautiful. We ordered a couple of cocktails, which were good but not very strong. His favorite was the Blue Hawaii and Super Scorpion. We order the lobster salad (which looked like bits of lobster but tasted and looked like langostinos) and mango shrimp salad (it was okay, it had more mango flavor than to my liking). We ordered the coconut shrimp and the rock shrimp as appetizer. The coconut shrimp was four decent size shrimp covered in processed coconut flakes and burnt. The sauce was delicious but didnt care about the shrimp. The other appetizer took 15 minutes to come after the first one came. The rock shrimp was good and was a good portion. For our entrees, Lapin ordered the Salmon curry with brown rice and the waitress bought out the wrong rice. She didnt understand when we told her we ordered two brown rice...it might help if you write things down, you know. However, Lapin thoroughly enjoyed his dish. I ordered the Grand Marnier shrimp with brown rice. It was four shrimp on top of a bed of cooked broccoli. Personally, I would have liked more shrimp but I would been more satisfied if I actually had some sauce for my rice. For dessert, we ordered fried oreos (2 pieces) and pistachio ice cream. Both dessert was delicious but the serving size is a bit small for what it is is. The service was a bit mediocre. The waitresses were friendly at times but absent minded. We waited served one appetizer or one entree while the other person had nothing. They took almost 30 minutes to let us order and even then she said she would come and left our questions about the menu unanswered. No one came to refill water or check in on us. And we got the bill as soon as we got our dessert without asking.

It was horrible. Very noisy, some company containing 17 clients were celebrating someones birthday. We had to change the table far from them. But the noise was still there. The waitress misheard our order & brought other dishes. When we asked her to replace them what we had ordered, she screamed in her native language which didnt sound polite. Then she screamed , "you are not only here, we have other people who want eat and only one Chef!". Honestly after waiting for 40 minutes, then having the different dishes which we never had ordered & having such attitude from the waitress & her manager. We decided to leave. We usually had our sushi at the other asian restaurant which was closed. They were very polite, dependable, with good manners & excellent food. When I shared w my friends about such unusual experience t, they stated that my story sounds very familiar to them since they had the same experience.

Oh boy where do I begin?! When we came in the hostess asks if we have reservations because the place is full, when we are seated the place has at least 6 open tables. We placed an order (sushi), and 40 min later, no sign of our dinner. My mother finally asks why it is taking so long, the waitress Kathy yells at says "we only have one sushi guy, it takes time!". After 1 hour 15 min they finally bring out our sushi, as we were eating it, we felt nauseous. It didnt taste right, sushi rolls were not made right, as we grabbed them with chop sticks they fell apart!!!! If you are a New Yorker, like I am you probably been to many sushi restaurants, ate with chop sticks, and drank sake. You know sushi is not suppose to fall apart the minute you touch them. Plus the quality of food is very poor. Anyhow, we left feeling so disappointed with service, food, attitude. We are never going back!

The decor is chic and trendy like a Manhattan hot spot... Even the washroom is uber cool. The service was prompt and friendly, and the owner/manager Angela is an absolute doll. She truly cares about making the customer happy. As for the food... OUTSTANDING. Everything we had was wonderful... dreamy miso soup, excellent house salad with an amazing homemade ginger dressing, the crab (Kani) salad is 2DIE4! The sesame chicken was delectably tender, the crispy beef perfectly cooked. They do Pan-Asian with a new twist and they do it so well. We ended our meal on a sweet note, sharing our desserts (ice cream and fried oreos) and enjoying Blue Hawaiian cocktails. A perfect meal. Well be back soon and bringing friends. YOU MUST TRY JADE ASIAN BISTRO, you will be very glad you did. 5 STARS all the way.

Best Asian cuisine around Staten Island! Very diverse menu items which Angela the manager is always happy and enthused to explain! Mix of Thai and Chinese delicasies done to perfection. Especially with Asian food freshness is key and I have never had an issue at Jade. Cocktails are also very inticing and refreshing. Warm, friendly atmosphere with great music. Definitely dine on open mic night and enjoy local talent!

This was my first visit here and it was quite an overall great experience. The service was attentive, yet personal. The food was delicious to say the least and pleasantly presented. Food was promptly served and cooked to perfection. A nice selection of drinks were on offer in a lovely atmosphere. The interior decor was modern and cozy bringing a relaxed feel. I would definitely return!

Decor of the place was beautiful. The service was amazing. We used a Groupon as they were indifferent about it and still provided great service. The food was great. We went on a Sunday so they were a bit understaffed but non the less it didnt really affect their service. Will definitely recommend and go back even without Groupon.

This is by far my favorite place to eat. Never dissapointed!! The staff (especially manager) is friendly, greet you by name and remember you! The place is always clean, hardly ever a wait, food is SUPBERB. Their prefix dinner menu is probably the best deal on the island!! I highly recommend.

I came here with my whole family and my baby. Our experience was a lovely one. The place was great in terms of setting and ambiance and the people are so friendly. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety and choices. The bartender was really good and we love the lychee martinis!

Had a black out during the meal and it didnt ruin the experience! That was fun! Wait staff were nice, restaurant is large, and clean. And the food and drinks were delicious. Only downside is it is a bit expensive. Definitely a place for a date or a fancy diner.

The food is always good. The service is usually OK. Staff seems very cold; not overly friendly. They want to serve you and get you out. Owner Angela is very nice, however. The drinks are fantastic! Overall, this is a good experience. I enjoy coming here.
