I go there every day, and I find the staff very helpful and accommodating. If a mistake is made, they are always more than willing to correct it, though this has never happened to me personally. The establishment is clean and bright, with wi-fi and a TV for viewing enjoyment. I have brought friends from out of town there, and it made them wish there was one near them! I love how they use REAL fruits and ingredients in their smoothies, as opposed to some other places that substitute using flavorings, and dont have as wide a variety. Also, I think some people are confusing preparation with "service"....if a mistake in an order is made, thats a preparation issue, not "service". The fact is, they will often walk your order out to you wherever you are sitting....something you will NEVER see at some other bigger fast food chains and franchises....thats good "service".

I went here for the first time with my mom, and all I can say was that it was horrible. I had the pesto flat bread- and although decent it tasted and was the same quality as a lean cuisine. Little bits of processed slimy chicken covered in a decent pesto sauce. The real issue was my moms food. She got the chicken tacos. She had to send them back the first time since there was no salsa...and the second time it came out legitimately looking like slop. When she spoke with the manager all he said was that he eats them all the time and that they sell 400 of them a day..... So not only was the food grosser than the crap you can get at Taco Bell but the manager didnt care at all about the quality of his food or service. I am never- and I mean never- going back here but Im sure my money wont be missed since they sell 400 tacos a day.

Was awesome when they first opened, Now the employees they have working give off that they could care less. Not friendly, this location no longer accepts big bills, such and pain, was in the other day picking up lunch for the office, was $60+ worth and was told I couldnt pay with a $100 bill. Maybee they should train their employees on what a real 100 is, if they are having issues, rather then having such a bad policy on large bill. Will think twice before I order again.

great atmosphere.. great food . great smoothies.. tons of choices.. everything can be made to order / changed to my likes.. fresh.. n good pricing for "made to order " .. cnt beat it ..now I see why every ravs at the office about this particular location

Perfect in the summertime to quench your thirst! The only down side is they always seems to get your order wrong! Other than that, I come almost everyday during my lunch break. Its addicting! Ive never had their food though.

I like the menu items at this restaurant but I find the preparation is hit or miss. When its good its good. When its bad, its really really bad. Hopefully you catch them on a good day and you will be happy.
