Have issue with staff.... They are not filling the cup or bowl of soup to the proper levels they should. I mean seriously 10$ bucks for a small salad soup and soda and you get a half a cup of soup? How much does it really cost to give people a decently filled cup or bowl.... Please rectify this before you start losing customers at this location..... This isnt a problem at all Paneras.... just here.... Mangement please take NOTE!!!!!

Its a typical Panera. The only thing with this Panera which I have experienced multiple times is that as it gets within an hour of their closing time they get sloppy. Food preparation is different then you visit earlier in the day. Its as if they really dont want you to come by at that hour. Once my soup spoon was filthy, I pointed it out and the replace spoon was just as bad.

Middle of the road panera bread. Nothing out of the ordinary. Staff is a bit rough around the edges but looks stellar compared to the savages that waltz in the doors. But maybe thats juts long island a whole.

Eeeh! Could be better. My biggest problem with this Panera is the layout, the coffee station is in the worst part of the restaurant, the line to order is always long. Wrong spot for a panera. Bad planning :(

Employee (who work in the register) was not kind, he was rush and when we want to ask any question he prefer do not listen and say just what else what else... me and my wife really disappointed.

Pretty bad. Constantly get my order wrong. I get Panera from here once a week on Mondays and they usually get it wrong somehow about half of the time.
