I use the app mostly when placing my order to skip the enormous line thats regularly in there at my time of arrival. Every time I get there my order is no where to be found. I have to get in line, replace my order, and wait yet again. My order is always messed up. Whats the point? I still question why I go there because each time is a negative experience. Im done going to this location! My wife usually goes before work, and she never has a pleasant experience there as well. Her complaints are similar to mine. Smoothies taste like water, no flavor, and the wraps taste like crap. There has been countless times the girls working the cash registers walk away leaving the draws wide open, and are more concerned about giggling with their friends. This is mainly at the Patchogue location. If more time is actually spent doing their jobs less orders will be screwed up, and customers like myself would not be sitting here writing such negative reviews. Im sick and tired of getting smoothies that have no flavor, sugar when I order them without, the list can go on and on. Who ever is making smoothies at this location sucks at it. I started going to Centereach for my smoothies. This was the original store I used to go to, but switch since this was closer to my house. Havent had any issues there as of yet. The Patchogue store manager needs to clean house and reinvest in a new staff. This place sucks! I really wish I could give this place zero stars!

Ive never placed an order in the morning, I always go in the afternoon and usually get my smoothie or sandwich 10 minutes after I order. The place is pretty clean and employees are usually nice to me. I dont like to order from the app because if something goes wrong (almost always happens), they cant do anything about it. I ran into so many issues with the app and have been given the corporate phone number to resolve it. The app needs to be better and thats why I gave it a 4/5 instead of 5/5

I have wasted my time twice in a week that their credit card machine has been down since last weekened! Sign says "cash only" not many people carry cash around anymore!!! I have the app which is completely useless at this point cant use my $5 off. Pissed I have taken two trips to this location and walked out. How can someones credit card machine be down a full week already!!! Not cool. Will most likely go to a different location even though this one is 3 minutes from my home.

Horrible, ordered, some items came out a few minutes later, then stood for 22 minutes waiting for rest of order, when I finally said to the cashier, would you mind putting your side conversation on hold and check on my order! Asked for a manager and was told she wasnt available, no manger on a Saturday? Teach your employees to look up and when they see a customer standing their for an extended amount of time ask them if they are waiting on something or need help!

I do enjoy their smoothies ... However the place is run by teenagers with no adult management. They have yet to get an order correct. And when they do, they misplace your ticket and never fill your order. Then all you get is an apology. I will not be returning to this establishment even though i do really enjoy their food and drinks.

Credit card machine doesnt work and Ive wasted my time every single time I called because they put me on hold EVERY SINGLE TIME without getting back to me within 5-10 minutes OR just drops the call while Im still on the line. The service is terrible. Smoothies are decent. Get your act straight and train the staff to multi-task.

They have styrofoam cups. This should be a four or five star place, because the smoothies are great (if unhealthy). Im putting two stars because I dont feel that I can come here and order smoothies because Id feel too guilty about the styrofoam. I had no idea people even did that anymore.

Great smoothies, and used to be great service. Credit Card machine has been down for 3 WEEKS! 3 Weeks! Thats just ridiculous. And the last 5 times I called them to order ahead, they either put me on hold and never pick up, or hang up on me in the middle of my order.

Waited 40 mins for my smoothie while on my 30 minute break absolutely ridiculous this place is a joke. Everyone behind me also got their stuff before me so call ahead or take your business else where. But this place wont be getting my business again

Place is filthy. When I asked the general manager about a rotting fruit smell after paying for a smooth you, she was very rude and clearly treated staff unfairly. Save your money, I asked for mine back and handed back the crap they call nutrition

Not sure about all the other complaints. My experience has been pretty nice so far. Decent price for the size and quality of the smoothies. The one register girl was pretty rude, but all I care about is the food and drink that Im paying for.

Its not all the time but most of the time there is a wait. Even when I preorder online or a phone order I still have to wait when i get there. I give it 3 stars because the staff is usually friendly and the do make a damn good smoothie

Very busy place that seems to be run by highschoolers. They have forgetten pieces of my order many times now and have waited close to an hour for a smoothie. Needs better management, these kids dont care about customer service.

Love Tropical Smoothie.. They make some of the best smoothies!!A little pricey but its worth it, smoothies fill you up. Sometimes I cant even finish one. My go to for a smoothie anytime!

The smoothies are okay. I ordered a chicken flatbread from there and there were pieces of plastic inside of my sandwich. I will never go there again. The manager didnt seem to care too.
