Let me start by saying the food is excellent. If you plan on walking in and ordering this place is great. However if you plan on calling in an order for delivery or pickup I would think twice. My office used to order from here once to twice a week, every time something would be incorrect.... I am not exaggerating either literally every time. We must have ordered from here 20+ times. So my office stopped ordering from here they have lost our business for some time now. Today I decided to give them another shot and order for myself since like I said the food is awesome. I picked it up, got back to the office and found out the order was wrong (IDK why I was surprised). They offered to replace it which is fine, but they did not give one apology for the incorrect food. This place needs to work on thier customer service skills. So I will not be ordering food from here again unless I decide to eat in.

Im sure this has the potential to be great however I ordered a veggie burrito no sour cream or cheese. When I got to my car I checked because I really cant have the dairy. I saw sour cream unsure about the cheese. Went in they were very nice and apologetic. I reiterated no sour cream or cheese and it cant have any dairy. The next burrito was not nicely grilled like the last one but I didnt care at that point. I bite in to my burrito to my horror it has cheese. Very frustrating. My coworkers rave about this place out was my first time so I had high hopes but very disappointing had to throw the burrito out.

Have been going there since high school food has always been delicious one of my favorite lunch spots for almost 20 years. Well today found out some sad news the owners sold went in for lunch all the drinks were warm at best took forever to get my food which was disgusting got my money back. the guy who bought it owns Senior Taco and I now know why its so bad his restaurants are disgusting! His attitude is not the greatest either. Stay Away!!!!!! Very sad to see such a great little spot ruined by someone who just wants to turn it into an ATM and have no quality of food! Shame on you!!!!

I was excited because this place is close but next time I would rather go the distance...anywhere...besides this place. I unfortunately got their chicken burrito when I went there and let me describe this to you the best I can...it tasted like Rice a Roni rapped in white bread with a dime of guacamole and tiny pieces of chicken...I would have rather ate the sole of my shoe. The service was terrible too, I dont care if you dont speak english but a smile here and there would be nice. For good mexican place check out Salsa salsa or mexican grill 2000 or really anywhere besides this place.

Been going to CCCF for many years and have loved the place .Great food,great prices and nice people. Today was the game changer. Ordered chicken tortilla soup. Wow - It was so salty I couldnt eat it,threw it out. Somebody really screwed up. Honestly, I dont think anybody tasted it when they where making it. OK , strike one,things happen. Waited 20 minutes for one container of soup and then it was slid across the counter without even a sorry it was late, or thank you, come again. the guy didnt even look at me. I hope the owners reads this because basically it,s a great shop.

I recently found this little place and it truly is a hidden gem! It is evident from the many regular customers that the food is well liked in this neighborhood! The quesidillas were large and delicious. The burritos were huge, stuffed with delicious and perfectly cooked steak or chicken. Unbelievable nacho platters! The menu has something for everyone, even vegetarians! Everything is cooked on site and you can really tell! Best tex mex Ive ever had! This place is worth the trip!

I had a shredded chicken taco and a beef taco. They use tomato sauce on the chicken taco. It was not pleasant and quite odd. The beef taco was a little better but the meat was not really seasoned. It was just well done ground beef. The lettuce was on the discoloured side and cheese was almost non existent. No guac or beans or salsa. Sour cream was on the side. Maybe other things on the menu are better. I also did go in the evening, perhaps the noon cooks are better.

I come here twice every week or every 2weeks. I get grilled chicken burrito enchilada style ( no rice ) 9 out of 10 is always on point, the steak quesadilla is amazing and the nacho platter is great.. The workers there are nice, I order over the phone and never had a problem the guy just has a strong accent you just have to work with him and make sure you repeat your order then have him repeat it to you so they get it right.. Best Mexican spot for me

The cheese nachos were cold -- cold refried beans? And they give you some kind of cheese wiz in a bowl -- cold. The guac was probably the worst Ive ever had, picked a long piece of cilantro out of my mouth. I paid $14 for the nachos and a half quesadella, and ended up throwing most of it away. Even after heating things up in the microwave. Everything just sucked. Too bad because it was on my way home from work.

Poor service & horrible listening skills, I ordered a quesadilla with cheese ONLY and a side of sour cream but when I got my food it was everything but what I ordered and when I called to advise them of the issue.. I was told "you did ask for cheese only???" (as if I was lying) and to come back tomorrow for a credit !!! I will not advise my staff or anyone to come here with such horrible service.

How does this place not have five stars? I love it. Every week, once a week during work I go there and get a Chilli Burrito and an Arizona Iced Tea. It ALWAYS comes out to $10.00 on the dot and the burrito is always spot on. And if you add some of their delicious green sauce that I dont know the name of? ..Its just the right amount of Spicy and totally irresistable.

I loved the burritos there and then they changed the recipe. Not as good. They can make it the old way so still good. My issue with them is that the person who answers the phone does not understand English well so it is difficult to order.

Food is very good, but took 40 min to get a wrap. Orders placed well after mine were completed first, so there doesnt seem to be much order or communication between the kitchen. Call ahead and place your order, unless you have time to wait!

Burritos are one of the worst on Long Island. They pack burritos with rice, with almost no chicken, and charge a pretty steep price for it. Literally anywhere else is better.

Everything on the menu is yummy. The staff is super. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Great selection, fair prices, healthy choices, huge burritos, always fresh! Enjoy!
