I was on the verge of death. Nowhere in the known universe could I find a quality meal for a reasonable price. Because of this, I had not eaten for several weeks. Until I came across Panera Bread. I went inside the building and was greeted with an aromatic aura that stimulated my entire being. After ordering my food from the alluring cashier, I received my food on a plate that was so pristine, it appeared to have been washed by Jesus himself. As I ate my exquisite fare, I was overwhelmed with a feeling of pure euphoria, analogous to my first time smoking the devils lettuce. Leaving this magnificent shrine, I vowed to eat at Panera Bread for the rest of my life. Panera saved my life.

I am regular client, but today that place was busy and took me about 15 min for food and one WHITE LADY IN THE BACK WAS APOLOGIZING TO ALL CLIENTS FOR DELAYED, BUT NOT TO ME. THAT WHITE WOMEN LATE 30 IS VERY RACIST, I ASKED HER FOR EXTRA BREAD WHICH THEY ALWAYS GIVES TO ALL CLIENTS AND SHE SAID GO BACK TO CASHIER AND PAY $1.00 FOR TWO PIECES , I DO NOT MIND PAYING. I SAID I PAY HERE SHE IGNORED ME I SAID EXCUSE ME 3 times AND SHE DID NOT RESPONSE AND I SAID THANK YOU AND BYE. HORRIBLE PERSON THAT WHITE WOMEN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN.

Panera Bread has always held a special place in my Fat girl heart but this time I went with a co-worker and some of our clients (I am a DSP, and if you know how our peps get the look, like for me I think norms are even stranger) as a special treat and this cashier was so pacient and made sure our clients had the best service ever. Im driving out of my way from now on to go to this Panera Bread

Our office recently ordered food. The receipt said "triple checked for satisfaction" so we assumed all was ok. Went back to the office to notice our brownies were missing. I would have given a negative review however they accommodated us by driving to our location and bringing us the missing food. So for that, 5 stars. Panera is always a win.

Aimee the manager is very rude. Dont do rapid pick-up orders because they will always forget items and then give you a hard time when you tell them they did not place it in the bag.
