I went to Panera for the first time on 4/23 for lunch.My employer gave me a gift card for $25.for my birthday.I ordered a turkey on rye with a small turkey chili.she rang up the order i gave her the gift card and then she said that would be $10 please,i said the card should cover it,she said there is only $2.90 on the card.I was shocked,then i laughed sorry but cancel the order i dont have the money on me.She said wait let me talk to my manager.So Mike came over reviewed my story i explained that i am sorry please just cancel the order.It was my employers mistake and mine for not having money on me.He said dont worry ill take cars of it this time ok.I said thank you.You dont have to do that.but he did it anyway and i thought wow how nice was that! And the food was Great ! ! !

This a great restaurant. Good food and good service. The reason i gave this one star is because of the manager. Me, my brother, and my friend were blamed for something we did not do. We were accused of being responsible of drawing graffiti in the bathroom and leaving a "messy" table. First off, i am very sure that we did not leave a messy table and that must have been an excuse. We were falsely accused and i believe that she will stereotype any teenager and label them as bad people. We all are not those type of kids and we respect this buisness and are loyal customers. I make a visit to Panera Bread usually twice a week. Be aware of this manager if you are a young person!

Usually Panera is my go-to fast food place. I may be rethinking this. Last week ordered the turkey cranberry flatbread. I think I needed a microscope to find the turkey and spinach. Mostly flatbread. I was so disappointed that IF i had eaten in, I would have returned it. But since it was take out, I ate what turkey I could find and was not too happy. Panera always follows up with a review which was not so great but I have heard nothing back. Most of the time I am very happy but not this time.

I often visit a lot of restaurants like this… and I can honestly say that Panera Bread of Bohemia, NY is one of the most cleanest places I have been to in a while. The service is wonderful and they have WIFI available. But one of the main things is that you can go in there with your Fifty Shades of Gray collection and read each and every one of them with no worries… They actually do not kick you out!!! Gets a 5 star from me!!

I like all Panera Bread! Great food, clean inside, friendly staff, yummy drink, and very relaxing place. This location doesnt have much parking space in front of Panera bread but if you dont mind walking a little but, there are plenty of places to park.

There is nothing special about it, just the opposite. Rude & impersonal customer service. Food is the same as any fast food chain but costs more. This particular Panera was filthy. Food stains on the walls! I will never go to a Panera again.

Was just given chicken soup with no chicken and 5 noodles I drove a half hour as this was the only one still open yes, it was the end of the night but I called before I came and if they were out of soup they should have said so!!!!

I love it but the two big guys in the morning dont help there slow I said 2 times there is no Coffee he said I know and went and did other things I waited and waited so had to make a tea instead because had to get to work
