took a bunch of friends and got them excited to not only get good food, but a great show also!! was majorly disappointed! the chef was so busy making the food as quick as he could that he didnt even introduce himself. in fact of my friends had to ask the chef to smile when taking a picture as he was sooooo grumpy! never going back there again nor suggesting to any of my friends for sure!!!!

Food was phenomenal and the staff was superb. I went in with my doubts of the cuisine but to my surprise this was easily the best hibachi I have in New York! The following week, my buddy told me that the Sushi was even better. He took me to the Sushi bar and I couldnt even describe in words how authentic, fresh, and delectable it was! If the scale went to 7 Stars it would get 10!

Worst experience, image waiting a 1/2 hour for the hibachi chef to come out and from the corner of my eye the kitchen doors open you see a person working in the kitchen drop 2 raw steaks on the floor and put them on the tray again to serve to unsuspecting patrons, enough to ruin your appetite!!

This restaurant although nice looking on the outside is one of the most disheartening establishments to eat at. The manager is rude and the service is mediocre. In addition, their food is overpriced and less than satisfactory. All together I wouldnt recommend dinning at this place.

I LOVE the food from Shiro. I am a huge fan of Asian cuisine and this place does not disappoint. The amount of food they serve in one sitting can be a bit overwhelming but its just SOOOOO GOOD that you cant help to eat til you are literally popping out of your pants.

Ive given Shiros many chances because of its convenience located in Atlas Mall. I highly do not recommend going there for sushi. It is not fresh. Make sure you smell it before you eat it, it is not supposed to smell fishy.

The food is very good, its not amazing. I would go back and still be happy. The decor is modern if you are in the dining section and its really nice where the events happen. The service was very good.

Only hibachi place Ive been to that the default rice is plain. You have to ask specifically for them to fry it....................It doesnt stop there, you need to pay extra for fried rice. CROOKS

Great food and staff. Love this place for lunch and dinner! I always make reservations so there is never a wait for my family. Great selection of drinks and food and the chef is always the best!
