the food is okay, but the problem is service, the place is run by children with terrible attitudes and tempers, one had some very disrespectful words for me after I made an innocent joke and wouldnt stop till I left, and there was no interjection from the manager standing right there. I wont be going back, there are a million bagel deli places, and this one brings nothing to the table. I hope (for their sakes) they turn the place around soon. Edit: expensive sandwiches made with old bacon... Grease fest

Best bagels around!!! Service could be a bit better, be careful and watch the price of what they charge you!! It varies from hour to hour day by day. Thats the only issue I have with this store. Otherwise great food.

Good Food & Friendly Staff ...but overpriced and slow service. Waited 10-15mins, with no one ahead of us, for 2 bagel & egg sandwiches. Then paid $15 for them with coffee!

The food is good. The atmosphere is also very nice. The only problem is the service, a bit slow, but then again, they always seem busy. Make sure to call ahead your order!
