Wraps are always skimpy. Plus every time I go they mess up my order. I got the hummus veggie wrap and it had no hummus, so next time I went I decided to ask for EXTRA hummus to draw attention to the issue and while I was at it I decided to go with saying extra black bean as well... got it and no black beans on it, WHY!? I didnt bother complaining because I had limited time and was starving. If youre in a rush dont go here because itll take forever to get the order correctly, and they always forget to give you your side. You have to go back up and ask for it. Also the banana chia smoothie had weird HARD things in it that I had to keep spitting out or they would break my teeth. Really $12.49 is way too steep for a wrap that small with missing ingredients and with a side banana they forget to give you and a horrible smoothie. Awful.

I have repeatedly had extremely positive experiences at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, my favorites are the Port Jefferson Station location and the Smithtown location because I find that the staffs are more friendly and they remember me when I come back. The food is delicious - its the only place I go where I genuinely want to try every food item and smoothie available and no matter how different they are, I know Ill enjoy them.. Keep up the good work!

I went to Tropical Smoothie in Port Jefferson Station that I accumulated about $10 in Free Food with a card they gave me. I went in to cash it and was literally told "You are out of luck", they changed promotion companies and would rather lose a customer than honor less than $10 in food. How stupid a business move is that? The very definition of pennywise and dollarfoolish. Not one person contacted me when I posted a complaint.

I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Ive never gotten a bad smoothie from them ever. Everything they have is absolutely delicious. Their customer service is wonderful. Everybody that works there is always very polite and respectful. Even though the prices are a little bit expensive, its definitely worth the price. And if you go in the morning before 10 oclock everything is half off.

Pretty good healthy food and smoothies. I have good coupons for here which make coming here even better. The only reason i give 3 stars instead of 4 is because the place is always dirty. This is mainly a note to management that the employees should sweep and clean the tables and seats more often.
