Much better place since the management change but overall, too expensive for what you get. Considering its only real competition is KFC, they had better provide a comparable menu and price. Instead, they provide a much bigger menu and a much bigger price. For the same amount of food, I spend almost $40 at Popeyes compared to $30 at KFC. The chicken might be comparable, however the sides at KFC taste much better so for me, I have to really not feel like driving the extra 10 miles to get to KFC. Although the food itself is decent, the extras arent. I dont know what they consider bbq or honey mustard sauce in Louisiana because theirs sucks.

Pleasantly surprised. Chicken tender meat looked and tasted like real chicken. Mac & cheese was popping and the cajun rice, Ive been told, is a like underseasoned, but tasty. Service was good. Place was clean. Staff was friendly. Had no problems. (Which is unusual for me, so bravo.) Did tell them their phone number on grub hub is listed wrong. We almost didnt come because of it. Fortunately, it was nearby so we drove by.

Ordered a 5 piece dinner got 4 pieces! Buschs were pretty good potatoes were normal but the gravy was awful thin beer flavored gravy and the coleslaw was not good either. Chicken was tasty but got the mild and it was still a little spicy. Two stars for the flavor of the chicken even though I was shorter a piece. Sides were also very small for 4 dollars a piece

I visited this restaurant when they were under the previous management, and the chicken was rubbery and disgusting. I figured since there is new management I would give it another try. Big mistake. $10 for 3 chicken tenders that I didnt even eat because they were gross, a small container of mac n cheese and a biscuit. $10? Really?

Nearly every time I go in there the ladies are very friendly helpful plus since Ive never had a problem with the food and especially never had a problem at all. the rest rooms are clean the waiting on the eating area is clean everything just seems wonderful when I go there. And Ive been going there since 2009

Staff was friendly but slow and clueless. Messed up our order but luckily the wait for food was so long we caught it from them to fix. 3 people who ordered after us got their food first....To top it all off the fountain drink machine was broken. That was an hour of my life I cant get back...

Chicken is pretty good but I fear for Jeff in the back, he is always under extreme pressure from the staff and no one helps him, he is only one man after all. Wish getting my chicken strips did not take 20 minutes. This place has some serious management issues.

Its impossible to give 0 stars but i would if i could waited 35 minutes for them to tell me they were out of what we wanted! Gave us our money back and we never ate. Went to kfc webster right away and the same thing happened!

The food is better than kfc hands down. This location send to be out of menu items constantly and although the staff is friendly they seem to constantly smoke right in front of the entrance door. Kind of classless

I really like Popeyes and this place makes it as good as any but they are constantly out of the most common menu items. Ive taken to calling before going and more than half of the time they are out of what I want.

Place is clean and has strong air conditioning. Restrooms could be better and food typically takes too long to be from fryer to your hands still. This problem from the past ownership unfortunity still exists.

Since coming under new management, this restaurant has improved significantly. The service is relatively quick, yet much faster than before. The food is usually fresh and the employees are much friendlier.

I do like their chicken but I always end up waiting way too long for my order and the sides are just so so IMO. I would eat here again but side by side with KFC, no comparison.

Horrible service. ..staff needs retraining...waited 10 min for standard items at 12:30 on a Thurs....should have been 3 min. Drive through equipment needs to be replaced.
