Dont waste your time or money. I have been very generous with giving them second, third and even a fourth chance. Never again!!!! After many disappointing times of getting home and finding that I was short something I decided I would take everything out of my order and check it. I noticed one of the sides felt very light. I opened it to find it was a quarter full. When I enquired about it I was told they had run out. I had paid extra for this side and here they were going to try and sneak it by me and not say anything. I asked for the manager who was hiding in the back. He said he would make it right the next time I came in. I told him you can make it right NOW! He just looked at me. There will be no next time. I called the 1-800 office and was told I would hear back from the owner...that never happened.

Unfortunately this was the worst experience! There was a young Mexican guy in a red shirt with a black cap serving me and he was Dripping sweat literally all over the counter! He didnt even bother to make an excuse to go to the bathroom to clean himself up and continued to take the order. When he gave me my cup, he was resting his sweaty hand all over the top of the cup I was going to be drinking from?! NOT!!!. In addition, the food was dry ...the biscuit was hard - you could not eat it and the cookie was also hard. You could not eat it either. More than just a bit disappointing! It was ghastly! Would not recommend eating here at all!

This location was one of the worse that I ever been to so it was worst than my spelling.(Wright is on the phone) I would never go back. The floor were a mess none of the tables were clean there trash was over flowing on to the floor. The customer service was so "what ever". they mess up the order 3 times and gave me. Attitude about. If u want some KFC go to manassas at lest they get your order right the first time.

I purchased a "Classic Pot Pie" meal on the night of 3 March. First, they gave me the wrong item. Second, Id forgotten to get my card back, and realized when I got home. When I checked my account at home someone had already purchased $23 of food from the nearby Taco Bell. I have been unable to get in contact with the store via phone, the listed number appears to be a fax number.

This whole restaurant chain is pathetic and will go out of business soon. The food is dry, the service is poor. The bathroom is old and falling apart. The soda machine is broken and the sodas are watered down. Theres no ketchup, no utensils - only sporks. Everything is wrong with this place. I would expect this from a hole in the wall, but not from a world-wide company.

Rotten lettuce on my sandwich. I got it at the drive-thru, so it wasnt discovered until I reached my destination. I thought the receipt was in bag, but it wasnt, so I cant even lodge an official complaint with KFC. I cant help but think that this is all way too coincidental. KFC in general is good, but not this one. Im running out of places to get a decent meal.

They have a very bad habit of handing you your food before giving you debit card back. They did this tonight to me and now I have to wait until 10:30am to go there to get my card back or go to the bank to have it cancelled and get a new card. They really need to teach their employees to process the payment first, hand the card back and then give you your food.

I hope that the owner knows that its because of the staffs poor attitude management included/especially (at least I believe the older guy is the manager). I really like the famous bowl but I refuse to givw my money to people with poor service especially when there are other fast food places with a friendlier staff. I hope yhe owner can turn it around.

Its 1pm in the afternoon. Walked in to order a 16-piece bucket of grilled chicken. They dont have it. I couldnt understand them well enough to know if they didnt sell grilled by the bucket, didnt sell it at all, or if I couldnt do all dark meat as I requested. This place is not worth your time.

They always mess up the order and when I call them to let them know they never anseered. They always repeat the order 3 times and its always wrong. This always happens when u am feeding children. Very inconvenient!!!!!!!!!
