Checked online before going to location. Online states they are open until 12am during weekdays and 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. We get to location and the "drive thru open" sign is lit up, as well as the menu board. We pull up to the speaker box at 11:22pm to order and they immediately turn off the light to the menu board on us and play a recorded message stating they are now closed, with all lights on inside. I call for an explanation as to why we just had the lights turned out on us when they are not even closed someone stated they close at 11, I told them online states they close at 12 he then said that is Friday and Saturday and online is "wrong".... I then told him the "drive they open" sign was lit up as well as the entire inside and the menu board and we were then put in the dark when we pulled up to order. After numerous other excuses he then said ok Ill speak to my team members. TERRIBLE SERVICE. So rude.

I had a poor experience here approx. 2 months ago, but decided to give them another shot. Shame on me. Placed an order through the Drive-Thru, pulled up and paid. Was told my order (Sandwich, wedges, drink) would be ready in two minutes, and to pull forward. I started the timer on my phone. at 9 minutes, I walked inside, and asked for a refund. Was told there was no manager on site, and they couldnt issue me one. finally at the 14 minute mark, I was handed my order! The final straw? My sandwich was nice and hot, but it was obvious my wedges had been sitting in the bag the whole time because they were cold and soggy.

This is the worst location I have ever ever been to I have been here numerous times and not one time have they gotten my order correct they sent you out front make you wait and still dont get your order correct Im to the point now where Im getting ready to call corporate and make a complaint this is getting ridiculous

Told to wait in the front for biscuits in the rain instead of in the drive thru. Inside of car will get soaked when the food shows up. Food not delivered in the 4 minutes as promised. Still waiting. Hope chicken isnt cold as ice by the time we get home.... Not very happy right now.

Food was okay. Service was okay. This location doesnt have condiments out for customers. So whenever you need something you have to ask. Bathrooms were in need of some attention, even though the sign on the door says they are checked every 30 min.

I ordered a 20-piece bucket on a Wednesday at 10:45 am. Fast service. Good food, warm, tender, juicy. Clean restaurant, both indoors and outside. Friendly service, even gave me a free drink. Definitely going back for lunch again.

Ive been to this KFC three times, and all three times it was horrible. As other reviewers have stated, the food is nasty. Worse, Ive noticed on some nights, the local thugs have made this their hangout.

The food is good. But the inside has a weird smell.. dint think it the chicken though. It smell dirty. Needs to be cleaned and get raid of that smell.
