Went there on fathers day a half hour to closing time and when we walked in I seen there were other customers eating and everything looked fine. It wasnt till after we sat down and started to order the waitress was rushing me to order when I said "please give us a couple more minutes" she replied "dont do that to me" so I didnt and ordered. Then while waiting for the food everybody working there started cleaning up and even the staff started leaving one by one.then like 6 min later the waitress comes to me and says they cant make what I ordered and to order something else so I did. Finally we get the food and it looks thrown together .thanks for ruining my fathers day breakfast with my family we came an hour away to try your establishment out and not to mention we are an interracial couple and maybe that was the reason.

Our fist experience here was this past Sunday and the food was great felt like we had found a hidden gem..... until who I can only assume was the owner apperared. He was loud, all over the place hovering over every single employees from the hostess to the kitchen and made the rest of our dining experience almost unbearable. If it werent for the food and the staff I would have given it 2 stars. I felt like I was watching an episode of restaurant impossible and was waiting for someone to come out of the back and tell the guy to let the people do their jobs! Totally reflected in the attitude of the employees as well. My advice is you hired them for a reason let them do their jobs it was a chaotic experience. I may go back. But not likely.

We went here for Mothers Day and had to wait for over an hour to be seated and once we were seated, it took another hour to get our food, even though most of restaurant had cleared out by that time. The host who was manning the name waitlist was rude and offensive - not a great first impression to give customers. When the food finally arrived, the portions were above average and the food was excellent. There were six of us so we ordered a wide variety of items from the breakfast and lunch menus. Everyone was happy with their food and enjoyed. I took one star away from the review because of the long wait time and the rude host.

Went for 1st time today and went based on the great Google reviews found here. Food was amazing and service was even better! Vida was our waitress and she was extremely welcoming and personable and quite funny! Denise stopped by our table a couple of times, as well ensuring we had all we needed. This spot will definitely be a regular weekend stop. That Nutella/Fresh Strawberries French Toast is to die for!!!

My wife, son, and I have gone to the Pancake Palace so many times and we love it!! The services is great! The food is excellent! The pricing is more than reasonable! This place is highly recommended!! They are now open for dinner in the evenings and now they have a free parking in the back. Experience it for yourself!!

Had a great time here with friends and ate more than I ever thought I could. They have a great selection of unique pancakes, omelettes, and waffles, as well as the classic breakfast stuff. The best part of the Pancake palace however was the service staff having the time of their life running the place.

We came for a routine Saturday morning breakfast and enjoyed everything about this place. Our food was excellent and the service was quick and polite. Being new to the town we really appreciate the warm and caring attitude from our server.

Ive never had their pancakes. However, I have had their bacon. Im convinced they sprinkle it with fairy dust because its delicious. More delicious that bacon usually is.
