Walked in and the place was very slow and empty, they had maybe 3 tables. It took about 5 minutes for me to be seated, not that bad but this place is dead and employees standing around doing nothing didnt approach me. Finally an employee comes and seats me. Now im sitting for over 10 minutes and have used up most of my lunch break and cant eat now. Nobody came up to me at the table at all. The girl who sat me walked right past me and didnt even look my way, and went up to a table near me which was being attended by another server already. So horrible customer service and work ethic for these employees. Employees looked at me and didnt even apporach me as I was sitting down. Never going back to this ihop.

For the most part the food was ok. What bothered me when I came here was the service. Our waitress was new so Im not going to beat her over the head since I too work in retail and know how annoying costumers can be. When we were waiting for our checks and we gave it to her (we asked to separate the check into to two orders) it took about 6-10 min. just for her to return. Overall the staff is pretty slow on timing and just all over the place. Its expected but I dont think Ill be eating here again.

WiFi does not work! Never. Server helpfully reset router but no improvement. I thank them, it is not their fault, but it is the fault of management, franchisee, or corporate. WiFi is like wearing shoes, mandatory but not impressive in and of itself. But when Im traveling and downloading/streaming music for the road WiFi is valuable. Therefore, in the future Ill eat somewhere else where great connectivity is a given. Eateries are interchangeable, FYI.

love this ihop i moved to old bridge a year ago. Im originally from north jersey and been to many of the ihops in the Bergan county area and in comparison this ihop is great each time I come. Its always busy which tells something, the kids that work there are always on the go checking on you. The food is good and comes quick and havent had a bad experience.

Cmon folks, we all know, or should know, that Ihop is a breakfast restaurant, so come for that meal and eat hearty. Went there this am with family as we do about 1x a month. Food is always hot and delicious and service is efficient and very friendly. Prices are fair as well. It definetely beats out all local diners we have tried for breakfast.

Im in this restaurant almost every Sunday for breakfast, and sometimes on Saturdays, the food is excellent, so is the service, and the price is reasaonable, for Marlboro (Morganville) area. If there is a dowside, it does get very busy Sunday mornings, after 9am, In general it is busier on weekends, especially holiday weekends.

heard from a friend there was a sale on garden hoses here for buy one get one at triple the price. i walk in and all i see are industrial sized bags of kale...at least i assume its kale. but thats not my business. where are the garden hoses? every time i buy one water comes out of the end. 5 stars

Ive been to this IHOP frequently and things are always pretty consistent. Its packed in the morning but things empty out fast after noon, and dinner service is never a problem. Their lunch and dinner menus are nothing special; as with most IHOPs, its the breakfast menu which really shines.

Got what i expected from an IHOP, and busy only during the morning hours/after church on Sundays. Service had always been good, no issues with the food, and price is standard at all locations for what you get. No complaints, but nothing special to make this any better.

Despite IHOP being very busy everyone in the waiting room was served fast, friendly service, and affordable breakfast prices. Couldnt accommodate more than a party of 10 but that wasnt a big deal.

Paid for extra topping on my pancakes...they put barely anything on them so I had to go back. Get home and they gave me the wrong order..take out service at this ihop sucks. Very dissatisfied.

I visit this location about once every month or so, usually very quick and friendly service. Food is nearly always good quality. Seating is a bit cramped. Location is convenient.
