Date of visit: 03/22/2012. First, let me say I have written over 250 published restaurant reviews. This place has to rate in 250th place. The worst buffet I have ever been to. It has gone downhill faster than skier Pickaboo Street. The food was awful. The wonton soup broth tasted like tap water. The wontons were brown on the top. You needed a microscope to find any chicken in the Chicken with Broccoli.. I even waited until a new tray was brought out. The beef in the Mongolian Beef was like rubber with no taste. The lo mein was greasy. The string beens were shriveled up and overcooked. Despite being a Thursday night, the food trays were empty most of the time. (this could have been a good thing) There was a sign by the ice cream saying "It tastes better on a cone" but there were no cones available. There were people eating from their plates while still at the food area...very unhealthy and even one person that literally finished his plate BEFORE he got back to his table. The manager/hostess was verbally fighting with the chef the entire time we were there. When she wasnt arguing, she was actually falling asleep standing up most of the night.. The ONLY bright spot was the friendly servers, which after reading other reviews is an improvement. I would advise you to try the other two buffets in Middletown but they are also below par. I would avoid Jumbo buffet at all costs. It was really horrible. Steve K.

I ate so much I passed out for 30 minutes in the car. I thought I was going to die. Thats how much I love it here. Went here for the lunch buffet (every day until 3:30, even Saturday & Sunday). Everything was fresh, tasty, and some items Ive never seen offered at other Chinese buffets (chopped steak w/ cheese, pork & scallion pancakes, 6 kinds of soup, shrimp with lobster sauce). Sushi was surprisingly good, topped with eel and salmon. They were starting to put out the dinner items which looked even more amazing, from entire racks of ribs to seafood parmigiana. I plan on returning soon. Dont let the other reviews discourage you, this place is great and cheap!

I dont even want to give it one star! The owner is INSANE, wait staff is rude, food is mediocre at best unless you love hair in your food, and the place is just dirty in general. The owner is a hit with the local police and troopers as any word or opinion that clashes with his leads to him just calling the police. A volatile little man with a horrible restaurant does not a good meal make. Avoid it like the Black Plague! Oh and dont bring your kids. They wont be able to make a slight spill or be loud unless you like other people reprimanding your children. If so, then by all means, bring your children and let a stranger discipline them!

the place out right sucks 2 very bad experiences the first was for dinner most the the food was cold the crab legs looked moldy the service was horrible and the owner said nothing I can do about it with a major attitude second time for lunch the same cold food bad service and to top it off my girlfriend took a bit out of an ice cream cone and I dont know what it was in it looked like mold or rat poop then showed it to the owner he flipped out on her and put it in her face and started chasing her around the front off the dump and started making fun off her mother for no reason and the place was filthy then he kicked us out of his dump

My daughter bought food in there and she was eating she thought she had a tough piece of shrimp or onion in her mouth when she pulled it out it was a band aid.she told the manager .His words were I dont care.after arguing he finally gave her,her money back.He was rude and disrespectful.His employees stood around laughing.It was a horrible experience. I will not eat there again.and am calling the health inspecters.If you choose to eat there becareful of what your eating .who knows what will be found next.

To be completely honest, I am not the type of guy to put down every detail of how horrible this place could be. Being a college student that pays his own tuition, this place is a very affordable and convenient restaurant from my campus. The food is standard quality, and it is a cheap source of product, people should not expect their food made out of gold at a Chinese buffet! You get what you pay for!!!! If you are looking to eat a lot at a cheap price, this is the restaurant for you.

Let me start off by saying I used to go here all the time because I work next door and it was cheap take out. I will never go here again because I took a bite of the shrimp and lobster In red sauce and it had a nasty band aid in it. The manager said he didnt care that I was going to doctors to make sure Im OK. Also it was a problem getting my refund. I will never ever go here again!

The time we have gone there we have always left with full stomachs. I will say that the food is nerver hot hot. It is usually just warm. Most of the food is always very good and they are alway replenishing the food constantly. The staff was friendly the times me and my parents have gone there. If you are look for Chinese and looking for a good value this a pretty good place to go.

I was thinking about going to have lunch at this place today but I checked out the other reviews using the Wi-Fi in the Home Depot next door and they made my hair stand up. Thanks for giving me the skinny on this place so I didnt have to have a horrible experience. The service and atmosphere at the Wendys down the street was bad enough.

Called ahead of time to find out dinner prices and also read signs before eating that said children 10 and under $5.50 Mon-Thurs. At time of paying they charged my 9 year old adult price because she was tall. Most ridiculous thing I ever heard of not to mention the food was old and dry. Will never go there again!

Discusting! This place use to be my favorite chinese buffet but now its not. The other day I came in and saw one of the cooks spit on a clean plate and wipe out, after that, the cook put it on the other plates where you serve yourself. The sushi is rotting and its not fresh. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Nice Place , steady , the same way , same stuff , done the same way , good value , for the money , the waiters are a little rude , but I am there for the food not to made friends with them , go every time I am in town 4 times a year .

Went in today to pick up a take out container ..well I started to fill it and just left. The food looked awful. Freezer burned chicken in the sesame chicken ...Cold food,greasy and just plain bad. It looked and smelled old. Never again.
