I was recommended here by a friend who did not do her research. I came in with a large group of people who are elderly and disabled. And is very very little room for wheelchairs or to get around. Did not have a large selection of food and whatever they did have was not that good. The service there was okay. But the people that was doing the service was a little pushy and very vocal about wasting food even if you accidentally dropped it on the floor they kind of yelled at you for being very careful. We are talking about the elderly and the disabled accidents will happen. That was our first time there and honestly it will be our last time there I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. If youre on a budget and dont care if the food is par thats the place for you. And also the place in the middle grand jury sticky and didnt smell that great at all like a moldy smell. I wish they would just gut that place and start all over and clean it out and set it up a lot better.

Not a family place but great for work lunch. I work close to the buffet and its great for that. I would t take my family there or recommend to friends but if you need a quick and decent priced lunch on the are I do suggest it for that. The food never changes but I like it. My favorite dish is the teriyaki mushrooms. The choices are limited but for the price cant complaint. The staff is not friendly but I wouldnt say they are rude either - just plain and robotic. Some of my co-workers who are serious vegans like this place as it has choices for them. Apparently the take out menu is better than buffet but I always go for buffet as its fast. Hope this helps.

This place has been on the decline for a very long time now, why they decide to keep such a failing business afloat is insane. Food is absolutely terrible! Not one dish is even close to being good. The service is something out of this world and not in a good way. Very rude employees, from being obviously annoyed that a customer has walked in to furiously snatching your glass away when you ask for a refill. THEY NEVER MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOMED HERE! There are many great places to eat in carteret, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! Not worth the trouble.

Awful. The service was terrible. I went to the buffet with my children and a friend with her child and it was the worst! My daughter was giving the cup for a refill to the waiter and the waiter violently took it away and my daughter was in complete shock! My friend noticed and was surprised. The waiters were rude. The food was bad! The food was old and cold. The desserts were stale! I payed so much for poor quality food! Such a waste of money.

the worst buffet Ive been to in my life. Should of known from walking in to an empty place on a sunday. The service was horrible and rude. The food selection was very small, cold, and old. On top of that they charged us $3-4 per drink and refill. Also tried to charge us a $15 service fee

Not a vast gourmet selection, but for $8, this place is a great bargain. Tasty dishes available on the buffet line. Ice cream in the freezer. Very popular with your bus passengers.
