My family and I go to this Boston Market fairly often and the food is always fresh and delicious and in the past weve always had an enjoyable experience. However on our last visit, we noticed they had hired a lot of really young people and the quality of the food seems to be slipping. We got really, really dry chicken, the red potato wedges were completely raw and the cornbread was like a brick. I was so disappointed. Im rating 4 stars because this was, so far, an isolated incident and Im chalking it up to the inexperienced, teenaged summer help. Hopefuly they get back on track!

I used to come here and order dinner for my family at least once a week. We used to order 3 piece dark for the four of us. However, after my last visit, I wont be coming back because the portion size of the chicken pieces they now serve you dont even satisfy my 7 year old son. The last thing you want after a long day of work is to have enough food to go home at least not feeling hungry.
