The portion sizes of the fries are tiny! Paying $3 for 15 fries that are way overdone, is not worth it! We have been giving them quite a few chances at this point but enough is enough. Paying that much for something mediocre at best, is not something we are willing to do anymore. Not to mention the lacking toppings. And when they are there, they are barely visible.

Absolutely amazing food, and the service there is incredible kind and welcoming. I feel right at home when I walk in the doors. Ive been to the five guys in Stamford and its food is amazing as well but something about the staff at the Norwalk Five Guys just makes me feel so welcome! Amazing food, good music 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I used to work at five guys in Fairfield, EVERY time I go to Five Guys in Norwalk, they butcher my order. My receipt has everything I ordered correct, yet somehow before the food reaches the bag the order is completely wrong. Totally unimpressed with the lack of attention to detail/ QUALITY CONTROL.

Really great restaurant. Though, the last time I visited there, the floor was greasy and slippery, certainly a safety issue. Other than that, great place!
