Dirty dirty dirty place. Bathrooms extremely dirty with water all over the floor, standing. Floors dirty. Seats and tables dirty. Its not like the restaurant was busy or anything so they couldnt clean, there were probably 6 customers in total. Chicken was dry and sides were cold. Never had a bad experience at Boston Market except this one.

So I go to Boston market religiously. This is by far the worst one. The service is so slow. I would literally go to the one in Bethpage and make it home to Commack faster

Best chicken pot pie, but i recommend take out only. The dine in area is very old and outdated and the booth springs are about to surface.

Website said it closes at 10pm. I get there at 9:35 and the store is already closed.
