Very disappointed. I made a reservation for 16 people, requested 2 wait staff and was promised same. The first 15 min was great, drink, appetizer and dinner orders were taken. After that it was absolutely horrible. We only had 1 person waiting our table and he would disappear for a minimum of 20 min at a time. Took literally 40 min to get a glass of water. Dinner came out over an hour after we ordered. We spoke to the manager...who was trying to be funny, but told my guest (a young boy, age 8) "my mother would tell me to drink my spit", the boys mother was insulted and did not think it was funny. The service was absolutely horrible. The lack of attention to our table caused my party guests to become frustrated and anxious. Sorry to say, I absolutely would not recommend this Fridays for large parties.

I placed an order online. Got there 5min after it was suppose to be ready & was told they never got my order. They finally find it & it took another 20min just to "bag it up". I get home & my order was nowhere near right. My husband ordered a meal that came with two sides, he only got French fries on his dish. I asked for onions & pickles on my Burger, instead I got Bacon... I cant eat Bacon. This location will never get my service again. If I could give less then one star, I would.

This location gets 1 star for the following reasons: 1. Poor service 2. Completely unprofessional and inexperienced bartender. 3. Ordering food here comes luke warm and to go is even worse. 4. I had good service here before which is why I came back however something has changed and not for the good. 5. Long wait times to simply place an order 6. Low staffing which historically was not the case 7. Unfriendly staff

boneless wings here are actually really good. Nice food specials at the bar. Dont ever get the 3 dollar martini. It is a sad little thing that looks like someone drank half. Your best bet is the 5 dollar long island. I got charged more for a single stoli and soda here than I do for a double at a local bar... But thats the problem with chains.

I come here often after work to grab a drink and food with coworkers before going home(waiting makes the traffic better). Never had any very big problems, save for the occasional rude staff member mocking me and teasing me in front of my coworkers, or the occasional incredibly long wait(when it isnt even busy!)

Bad service,so my mom ordered this "slushie" drink and It took 20 minutes for us to get it.then my dad got a beer and it tasted like rotten apples,really. then my Dad got a Coors Light. It took 20 more minutes for him to actually get it. The people who work there need to improve , speed,cooking.

How does this place get 4 stars? Workers must be putting reviews in, everytime I go there the food and service is hit or miss. Bartenders totally ignore the customers , no table settings, food comes have to ask for silverware. Night and day between this location and the one in Farmingvillle.

On most nights this place has decent music, a nice familial ambiance, and good food. There was that one time my fried pickled were overdone but it was a minor nuisance. Their $10 endless app deal is great. Perfect for lazy nights when you dont feel like cooking.

Love coming here to watch some sports and grab a beer at the bar. I always have a pleasant visit as the bartenders are friendly as can be and the wings couldnt be any better I surely recommend stopping by for either food or drinks place is excellent.

Waiter was horrible food was cold and we werent allowed to take the appetizers that we didnt finish with us. They rather throw food away thats ridiculous we paid for it. Oh well we will no longer come to this TGIF. Thanks for the horrible service.

Cool if you feel like having a bartender that just handled cash grab a lemon with his bare hands and drop it in your drink.. if thats whats going on up front them whats going down in the kitchen? I think Ill give it a miss thanks.

Food is good, drinks are fine, bar service is mediocre at best. Melissa the service bartender is fantastic, always helps everyone, and is very attentive, unlike most if the other bartenders here. Needs better Mgmt team.

As they say, first impressions are the most important. The staff was friendly, engaging and responsive and the food was tasteful and exactly at advertised. The endless appetizers were great and the entrees delicious!

The last time I was there they had a new server in training, Cheyenne, and I think she is the best server that works there. She was very nice and sweet. All of our food came out perfect. Couldnt have been more happy!

Great food! the sizzling chicken and the jack daniels ribs are fantastic and cooked perfectly. minus one star for hostess being terrible in attitude and service. update minus a star for a rubber ny strip piece

Normally stop in sometimes around lunch time. Food comes out rather quickly , sit at the bar grab a drink and some food. Service is always there when you need it. Bartenders are attentive. Good rating overall.

Nice staff, but they cant seem to keep up with the all you can eat apps. The larger the party ordering the apps the longer it will take...25 minutes for 2 apps...35 for 4 and so on. Dont come here in a rush!

Tommy the waiter was the worse waiter Ive ever had in a restaurant ...40 minutes for 1 appetizer and when he finally remember that we ordered something its cold...everything is negative thanks to TOMMY!!!!!

Very slowwwww service. We were charged for Items that we didnt order and that we didnt receive! Also , the prices on the check were higher than prices listed on menu. Review the check before you pay it!!!
