The only good thing about this are the host I saw a comment thats they were all high schoolers so they are actually caring and are nice and pleasant they are very welcoming. The manager tom is very rude he was very uptight went I went to the bathroom he was complaining about things already. I also was told he took to underage host to promote there store and tell the guest to go have dinner with them I think thats very inappropriate and disrespectful I would like to talk to the head of fridays and complain and also the manager Jen the other manager was touching the food with her bare hands thats disgusting I am going to talk corporate and talk about things I would like to see tom fired because he look has a bad vibe and I dont like that when I am eating

Went for cousins graduation and had a horrible experience. We had 14 people and we were standing around for 45 minutes until they seated us after 3 other groups who were equal or larger who came in after us. We had horrible service like the guy didnt care about us. The food was cooked wrong. The orders were messed up. We asked if the guy could split the check but he said every time he tries he cant do it and screws up but lied to us and first said that it wasnt allowed. I went to order an Oreo madness dessert but was told the freezer broke and there was no ice cream because it all melted. Then my cousin orders the lava cake and she got ice cream with it. This t.g.i. fridays is horrible. I do not recommend this one to anyone. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

I went to this place twice, and the food was Horrible!!! Save your money and go to Olive Garden across the lot, hopefully thats better food for ya. So Im thinking it was the dish itself, but everything was bad quality food. I ordered the NY Strip 10 oz, which was hard to chew on and rubbery! The BBQ Chicken Flatbread came out cold on the first order so they remade it. The Salmon tasted bitter, which was also burnt on one side. Im sure the cook is in there just like everyone else, who lacks passion for their job. Our server was a nice chick with the black framed glasses, which was the only good experience we had.

In the last two times I have gone there with my family, they have not gotten to order right once. The wait staff seems to be overworked or they like to hide because they will disappear for a long time. In 2016 this is litterally the only restaurant where if you order an appetizer and your meal even when you EXPRESSLY tell them please dont bring them out at the same time. (which is crazy that you need to do that) Also both time I ordered the Jack Daniels Burger it came with no sauce on the burger, which is basicly the entire point. I wont be back to this TGI Fridays

Dont waste your time at this fridays. After waiting for an hour, Mashed potatoes was cold and looked like they scooped it was an ice cream scooper, the cheese and chicken for my sizzled chicken and shrimp was burnt, my grilled salmon was overed cooked on both plates, broccoli and spinach tasted like it was microwave. It was a bit got on top and cold at the bottom. And when i asked to speak to the manager he/she never came, was told that they busy. There was always some type of excuse for anything and everything we asked for. Fed. Dont recommend coming here.

The only good thing about this place is the management is very nice and apologetic. There was no host, we waited for 10 minutes before the manager came and sat us, then there was no server for 10 minutes, manager saw us leaving and came over and apologized and got drinks. The server that came was very nice, but he ordered the wrong food and took forever to come back. He also took a long time to come Back with the check. Also, when we got our apps, the guy who brought it was chewing on a toothpick. Im a sever and I thought it was bad service.

The service was horrible. There was people seated before us that came after us. The forgot to give us a kids menu and took awhile after we asked for it. The food was overcooked and was told to cut into my steak but then realized there was no utensils. They took long for everything. The place was filthy and tables were dirty when we walked in and they were the same when we left. The four tables around us even complained as well. I wouldnt return to this Fridays and I love Fridays Ill be sticking to a different location for now on.

Super Uncomfortable
This place sucks. Both bunches of our utensils were filthy, food stuck to forks and napkin that was used to wrap was stained blue from an unknown substance. The food was terrible. Paid for 6 crispy shrimp and got 5 and a piece of chicken, broccoli tasted old, wings were under sauced, the mashed potatoes were good, but thats it. The waitress was nice, I guess. The rest of the staff looked like a horde of zombies on ketamine. The hostesses were absolute see you next Tuesdays. Also the manager looked like Ms.Trunchbull from Matilda.

Came here after atending a wake, looking for a quick, quiet bite to eat and all i can say about this place is that it is GHETTO!!!!!! Hostess seemed not to happy to seat us bc it was pulling her away from what seemed to be some sort of party in the bar area. Offensive music (that Im sure is not Fridays corporate approved) was being BLASTED to the point you could not hear yourself talk. Im all for music but there seemed to be a whole lot of nonsense going on there. Again- GHETTO!

Horrible. They never answer the phone. When we arrived there was no host. Finally someone came and sent us to the bar to order. We waited another 5 mins at the bar just for the bartender to tell us to go to the back to order. When we got to the back the floor smelled like urine. We had to wait 20 minutes for the waitress to come take our order then we had to wait another 25-30 minutes to receive it.

I am a frequent costumer and I have to say I came tonight and the new host that were working today did a fantastic job I saw the host cleaning tables bring out food seating were very nice and generous my waiter diamond was such a sweetheart I have to say I am very impress congratuiton to the manger who hired new host they do know how to do there job

Ok so it was bad they had us wait 2 hours for our food and our drinks took 15 minutes how long does it take to get two drinks and I was upset not only that but I asked for no cheese on my burger and they gave me cheese and my girl friend asked for no spice on her food and there was spice there things make us not want to go back awful service

Horrendous, disgusting, slow, lack of service or care, so many things can be said about this Fridays, it seems as if there were only 2 people working there because of just how long it takes to get just a simple water meanwhile some of the other waiters are in the kitchen dancing around and dropping plates all the time.
