I love tropical smoothie but this location is has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The cashiers are never friendly, no greeting or have a nice day. They roll their eyes whenever you specify something on your order. I dont know if they put your requests in their register or not because every time my friends and I have asked for something they do not do it, ever. When asking for something one of the managers rolled their eyes and yelled to another employee to do it, but they still got it wrong. This place has awful customer service and does not make their food to the highest standards that the company has. I was excited to hear this place was opening because it is closer to me but after about 10 mess ups I would rather driver to a further location.

"This was my first time at this local smoothie place. I usually go to Sunrise Smoothie but decided to test out Trop. The atmosphere of trop is extremely unique from the second i walk in the door i have a worker ready to take my order. "Princess Kelly" was the workers name who helped me was very energetic and made it enjoyable to snag a smoothie. The phenomenal customer service combined with the fresh tasting smoothie, made my experience worth changing my smoothie place to this one. mahalo trop

The smoothie was good but I came at 7:45pm and wanted a smoothie and a sandwich. They are open until 8pm according to google maps and according to their sign actually until 9pm on Sundays. So to my surprise they told me they closed down the kitchen because it is dead yet Im standing in line currently with more than 5 people in here. Im very disappointed and I do not plan on coming back.

This is the last time I will go there. The smoothie is not blended properly. Every sip I take is like drinking a mouthful of grass. I dont want to chew my smoothies! This happened another time too and I went back again, not anymore! Im done!

These smoothies are addicting. The avacolada is great. Its so refreshing on a hot day. The chicken salad sandwich (toasted of course) is great. Nice place, very clean. wow - this sounds like a commercial, but its for REAL!!!

Love this since its right next to Orange Theory Fitness. Lines get a tad long since its directly across the street from Massapequa High School.. but I love seeing the kids eating healthy so I dont mind actually. See you in a few.

I went there and the lady was a jerk to me because every sentence I said she said next. Then I just ask for a vanilla protein shake and it was like earth science to her. I want to get this place shutdown immediately

The food is amazing. So many healthier options than so many of the places around here. The Detox Island Green is my favorite Smoothie. The staff is so super friendly and helpful.
