This is good food for a good price. Dont know what might have happened in the past (see Heathers review below) but we have always found the food fresh and hot, and a very good value. If theres someone in your party that doesnt care for food with an asian flair, there is a full steam table of "american-style" food lke pizza, mashed potatoes, etc. The lunch menu is better than many buffets offer at dinner.

Absolutey wonderful experience the workers make you feel very comfortable and tend to all of your needs fast and efficiently! Couldnt ask for a better place to sit down and have a nice meal with my family, the people are extremely friendly and courteous. This is definitely a great place to go! Never had an issue with coming here, Ive been going here for years, and absolutely would recommend this!

I have been going here for quite some time and I will keep coming back. I would like to see better desserts but they do such a good job with the rest who cares. I like to start at one end and work all the way to the end. Always trying something different. I have my favorites I look for when I am there. Most people I recommend the Mid Hudson Buffet to are glad I told them.

I was most impressed with the sushi selection. I do not eat shell fish and most buffets have premade sushi rolls with very little selection. At Hudson Buffet they ASK you what type of roll you want and THEY MAKE IT IN FRONT OF YOU! As many pieces as you want and they are FRESH and yummy! :) The rest of the food is good too. Stick to Asian. The American food is so-so.

We recently ate there with my family. And 3 out of 6 got food poisoning !! My son is 3 yrs old, and has been so sick for 6 days now ! He has lost 2lbs, and is getting dehydrated. He was seen by the doctors, and they tested him. Turns out he got samilla poisoning from eating at the Mid Hudson Buffet. We will never eat there again, and They WERE Reported !!!!!!!

Its a quite clean place. Average food, but all seem fresh. It includes a Mongolian bbq if you want your food to be extra fresh. They cook it on the spot with the ingredients you want. Not the best food ever, but good for what it cost s. Perhaps the only critic. The food is too oily. If they would reduce the use of it, the food would be better!

For an all you can eat restaurant they are not terrible, the quality is decent, the service is friendly, and they offer a fresh stir fry area where you can choose your own fresh veggies to be stir fried. if you are vegetarian..... probably not the place for you.

Great variety of food! Food was good and prices arent too high. The only thing I have to complain about is that I seen one fly on the wall other than that everything was good. Family and I will for sure be coming back. Great customer service as well.

The Mid Hudson Buffet is the BEST Chinese buffet in the area! Delicious well prepared and presented buffet style. The food is ALWAYS fresh. I eat there at least once a week. Best restaurant deal in the area! Totally recommend!

Delicious and clean. They do a great job at maintaining the food and tables. Always busy but never a wait. Great turn around. Never eat at an empty buffet, everyones away for a reason. So eat here. Its great!

It was great. The wait service is good. The mac and cheese was gross. I met two nice ladies that were sitting next to me. You meet nice people and neighbors there, why? Because its the place to eat!!!!!

This is a great buffet the food just keeps on coming shrimp ribs Clames roast beef and fresh Turkey. The salad bar is keep fresh and you can take home food by the pound.
