Every area of the restaurant was filthy. Our shoes made a sticky sound when we walked. The soda station was sticky and there was soda on the floor that you couldnt help but step in if you wanted to get a soda. We didnt want to lean too close to our table so that our shirts didnt touch the edge and get dirty. We didnt want to put our arms on the table and get them dirty. The food on the buffet didnt seem fresh. The chicken was dried out. The lettuce was browning. 2 of my cherry tomatoes were rotten. The peas were dried out. The pudding was crispy around the edges. I would understand somewhat if the place was packed and they obviously were behind on their upkeep due to the crowd, but there was only 2 other people there - a lady with a little boy. This is the only time that I have ever been disappointed by a KFC.

Its bound to happen, considering its just fast food, but the kids working there are aggressively ignorant about what theyre selling and couldnt care less about giving customers a quality product for their money. Three times now Ive been to this particular location--once for lunch and twice for dinner--and theyve argued with me about whats on the menu and then, finding out they do indeed have the items Id like, have packaged them horribly, often with missing items. KFC is a great place, but the manager of this location needs to crack some skulls. Geez.

Do not even bother wasting your time or money going to this local establishment. MY co-workers and work in the area and will not be returning to this KFC again. Three seperate orders were taken by a cashier identified on the receipt as "JOSH M" all three orders were completely butchered. This establishment managed to ruin three highly simple meals and three customers faith in the resturant. So, as I said before, dont bother going. We wont be returning, nor will we be suggesting it to any other potential customer.

I did not recieve a receipt for my visit tonight. When I got home I went to put the bags on the counter and a little brown bag holding a large tub of green beans, a large tub of mashed potatoes, and a tub of gravy was soaked from the steam and the hot gravy poured put allover my hand and counter. I recieved 1st degree burns on my hand, and had to make my own gravy for the potatoes. The green beans tasted like a chemical gas of some sort! I have never had a worse experience anywhere!

I am a fan of KFC. This one was plagued with lousy service and lazy employees. We were told, upon entering at 7:45 that the buffet was no longer open because it closed at 8:00. The service was slow and unenergetic. Looking behind the counter, it looked like only two people were doing any work. One was preparing our order, the other was taking inventory. The store itself was filthy and understocked.

I have noticed a pattern, When we go to this KFC and the food sucks it always happens to be when they have manager Jenna C in charge. Other times we go and things are satisfying she isnt working. She is lazy and sets around bossing others around yelling for things to be brought to her that she can easily get up and get. I recomend you see who the manager is before you order.

I asked for a #1, they charged me for a #12 which costs more. I let it slide. Asked for bacon and cheese, received neither. Asked for a leg, got a wing. It took forever to get my food but the place was almost empty. The tables and floors were filthy. Ladies at the counter not terribly focused on good customer service. Not impressed, not going back.

Clean dining area, affordable good food, and friendly employees. Great coupons accepted. The only things I could see that needed improved was the kitchen area looked very dirty and the buffet needed to be upkept better, food was sitting out too long. But overall it was a good place to eat.

It was gross as frap in there the buffet was terrible barely anything looked edible. No macaroni and cheese or potato wedges in the buffet like thats the only thing people like. The chicken was all breast so you had no option there over all horrible experience ruined our day and wasted $18

Horrible people. Can never get orders right. This is the fourth or fifth time and never ever got a correct order. There back room which Id visible to the lobby is so so dirty. Management should be ashamed. Its all about how you manage things. Nasty!!!!

I only been to one KFC buffet and only heard of one other. If you are in the mood for chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy with drinks, all you can handle for less than $7, this is the place to be! Im here twice a month.

Buffet is good if they keep it looked after you usually have to go to counter and ask for something to be refilled..But its kind of worth it cause its the lowest cost buffet around wont break your bank account..

The Chicken is good...But the buffet isnt. Their lunch buffet is around eight dollars a person. There wasnt that much chicken and the sides were old. Very unsatisfying

Food was okay. They offer a buffet here, it needs better maintained, the chicken is dried out and the sides look a little rough.
