First off. I would not even give this establishment a 1 star. I placed an order through there website. When i arrived 25 minutes later (was told it would only take 20 minutes). My order was not ready yet. People were standing around waiting for there orders as well. One lady i talked to said she had been waiting over an hour already. The people working there were very rude. Giving no care to customer service. The phones were ringing almost non stop well i was there and no one cared to answer them. Note i was there waiting for my order for almost 2 hours. What looked to be the head person on the clock at the time seemed irritated. speaking out to her fellow co workers (about 6 other people working at the time, so there was no shortage of people working) not to worry about the phones. Its just people calling to cancel there orders and that she didnt care anyways. If they really wanted too they could take it up with the company. Hearing this was very distasteful. After being there for about an hour. She told everyone to stop the production of pizzas and that she is about to close the doors. shortly after that (around 5:30pm on a Sunday) herself and the other employers were telling people walking in to place orders, that they would not be taking any more orders for the day. After i finally got my order my pizza was cold, and half of it was not even there. Part of my order consisted of there chicken Alfredo pasta. I was told they dont have that any more and that she could either put a 10 dollar credit on the phone number used for my order, or put 10 dollars back onto my card as i had paid already. after telling her id like to just put the money back on my card. she wrote something on my receipt and placed it next to the register telling me "she would get to it later". I pulled my card out and told her id like her to do it now when she informed me she could not at the time. So irritated about the whole situation i just took my order and left. Overal it was a terrible experience and my pizza was not that great. I will never be going to this establishment ever again and would NOT recommend it to anyone els for any of there items on there menu.

Booooo.....Ive been there twice so far. The first time I went there I ordered wings on the web. The web said my order would be ready in about 20 minutes. I got there about 27 minutes later and my wings werent even made yet. They looked busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time I went back I placed an order over the phone, thinking maybe the internet ordering was the issue. When I ordered pasta and pizza rolls I told the guy over the phone I didnt want the breadsticks or marinara that came with it. At three different points he tried to get me to take the damn things. I was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes, so I set my timer about 2 minutes after I got off the phone. I walked into the store approximately 17 minutes later. The cashier took about 5 minutes to ring up my order because she couldnt find a card for the register that worked. When she finally cashed me out she spend another two minutes looking for a pen for me to sign the receipt. We are at 24 minutes now for those of you who are keeping track, as opposed to the 15 minutes I was quoted over the phone. After I signed the receipt, they told me my order was still cooking. They still gave me the (overcooked) breadsticks and marinara I said I didnt want, along with my pasta which was burned around the edges. F*** THAT PLACE. WOULDNT GO BACK IF THEY GAVE ME FREE FOOD.

Its sad that I even have to give this place one star to post a comment. Zero stars should seriously be an option. We do not normally order delivery but since we had company from out of town they suggested ordering pizza. I was advised it would be 40 minutes to deliver when I placed my order. I called after an hour and 15 minutes, the call center said they could not reach the store. After waiting another 20 minutes I tried to call 5 more times and no one answered. So I drove up there. Then they told me the driver had already left. I called home to get an update, still nothing. After waiting 1 hour and 53 minutes I received a call from the driver saying he finally arrived with the pizzas. I was ordering food through a drive thru somewhere else for our company at home. I told him someone else would be there to take the pizzas. It was such a miserable experience. Never again will we order from this location.

Last Time I ordered it was great and the woman that delivered was quick and had it 30 mins before the counter on the webiste (counter was set to an hour). That time I ordered online for delivery but today I ordered to do carry out and realized that their specific store doesnt even show up and prevents you from completing the online only deal they had. I called up the store and told him I wanted to do the online only deal for 7.99 and all he did was say sorry and kept telling me that I was putting in the address wrong (you put your home address/zipcode not the stores address and Ive ordered online before and my information was saved from the last time) so I told him Ill do something else, which means Dominos will be getting my money today. Act like you care if you dont know what to do. Get a manager and if there is something wrong with the online system.

So nothing was in ther house for dinner so I called up the local Pizza Hut in Oceanview on First View ave. Ive already had previous experiences with this Pizza Hut so I rarely call. I ordered a COMBO PASTA MEAL WITH "MEATY MARINARA & CHICKEN ALFEREDO" it comes with breadsticks (no Marinara, not a big deal) for delivery, totaling about 17.00$. An hour later its was at my door. I took it in the kitchen and the FIRST SPOON FULL THERES A DISGUSTINGLY LONG DARK HAIR HANGING FROM THE SPOON!!! AHHHH! I called them back immediatley ranting about the horrid find. The rude young ignorant girl told me that I would have to personally go to the Pizza hut to receive my refund. Wow. Never again will PIZZA HUT ENTER MY HOUSE!!!! F** GROSS

Was excited to get a Pizza Hut pizza for dinner after long day of work. NEVER AGAIN! The pizza tasted very odd. Like the dough was made out of something foreign. Or wasnt thoroughly baked. The meat was hard and crunchy. I called store to voice my concern only to be met with a very defensive and impatient attitude from the manager Jessie. TOTALLY CURT AND RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. I am shocked that this is how Pizza Hut on Ocean View treats its customers. GO TO CHANELLOS 3201 EAST OCEAN VIEW for real customer friendly service and tasty satisfying pizza.

Never have had an issue at this pizza hut. Mind you I dont order pizza very often. But ordered 2 medium pizzas and stuffed garlic knots and was fresh and good. Got the food in under 30 minutes. Delivery driver was very nice. About a month or 2 ago I did order a pizza and it took over an hour to get it. When I called the store the guy was very nice and told me sorry and called the delivery driver who was at my house in 5 mins. Wasnt a huge issue.
