Love the establishment. Vestal remains one of my favorites due to staff. Usually friendly especially cashiers. They make a returning customer feel welcomed! Speed of service is not consistent but I still like it there. What I notice the most is that the self serve stations at other Panera Restaurants are usually well kept. This one does not meet that "standard". The food quality I say is great, of course every now and then it does seem as if the food preppers do not always fully read what was sent to their screens accurately but do not let that sway you from enjoying your meal. It is good regardless... Just not what you "exactly" wanted.

Thank you to Rachel who helped us pick out our meal. She was extraordinarily respectful when we annoyingly changed our order completely. Thank you so much for bearing with us and being cheerful and wonderful. Your smile goes a long way. Second visit: I was driving to Cuse for a show. Just picked up some food on the way. Halfway there I realized they had forgotten my bread bowl. On my Third visit I had mentioned this and they couldnt have been more pleasant and rectified the last situation. I completely understand, we all make mistakes, and even more importantly, Panara took responsibility and was wonderful in helping.

I have always been a HUGE Panera fan. However, I was eating there the Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving when the fire alarm went off. Now its understandable this wasnt the restaurants fault. However, we had just received our food and had to evacuate the building for 20 minutes and stand in the cold. Upon re-entering the restaurant not one employee came around and asked if they could warm up any of our food or offered us any sort of apology. At the very least....a complimentary baked good or some dessert would have gone over well. Very disappointed in the management that evening, and am not likely to return.

Great place and fantastic turnover on stock always fresh. Perhaps too fantastic because after the evening dinner rush they are typically out of the most popular breads and substitutes have to be made. Not sure if how it works balancing freshness with product availability based on the most popular menu items but maybe tweaking it so when people who can not come earlier to enjoy the freshly baked bread still have all of the menu items available. I know a few friends of mine including me do not go to here anymore because of this if it is after 8 pm.

More than half the time I use drive through and check my food when I get home its as if the person preparing the food had some assembly issues. Meats all on one side of the bread or outside the sandwich altogether; sometimes they serve it to you with a quarter inch of water/juice in the container to make things soggy.. The only thing consistently good is the broccoli cheddar soup and their brownies and thats because theres no prep work. Lets not even mention the prices...

This is Friggin expensive. Look, i find the food here scrumptious. The selection is large for sandwiches and treats. decent soups and salads. If your counting calories, this place isnt exactly what it seems. their bread products are tastey, but will throw a tire around your waist. I love the bacon turkey bravo, the mac & cheese is as great as it is horrible for you. it always seems like i drop 30 dollars in here for two people, but it might be because im a glutton.

Panera is one of my favorite lunch stops, but sadly I dont go there enough! I love the pasta bowls, they have some of the best broccoli cheddar soup, and the atmosphere inside is nice, although sometimes can be a bit loud. Prices are a little high, but this isnt your ordinary fast food joint.

The sandwiches are spectacular, and theres great variety. It can be a bit more expensive than typical fast food, but what you pay for you receive back in quality. The coffee can be watered down, though.

I order at the rapid service kiosk and never got my food. I was 20 minutes late for work and have no luch eventhough it was paid for in full. I will never trust the technology there again.
